VisionQuest Episode 5 and Episode 6 Synopsis

Vision Character Created by Roy Thomas and artist John Buscema

Creator and Showrunner: Terry Matalas

Episode 5 and 6 Directed by: Vincenzo Natali

Episode 5 Written by:  Christopher Monfette

Episode 6 Written by: Nicole Falsetti

Episode 5 Firewall Synopsis

Trapped in Ultron's attic within the Mindspace, Vision and the other AIs attempt to track Ultron. They find recordings showing Ultron talking with Tommy at a pub before allowing the Paladin to kidnap him, as well as a memory cache revealing that Ultron had leaked Vision's location to Paladin.

They also discover that Ultron scanned Caterina Wells' face before Jocasta vaporized her, giving him possession of the final biomarker. Jocasta offers to reveal what the biomarkers unlock if Ultron gives the biomarker to her.

Meanwhile back in the Mindspace's attic the AIs realize that lowering the firewall in their code is the only way for Vision to regain control of his body to rescue Tommy, though doing so also grants Ultron access to the digital world.

Ultron meets Vision in the attic and gives him a choice - to keep him and them locked up or lower the firewall and save Tommy. Vision lowers the firewall that allows Vision to regain control while Ultron escapes the Mindspace, but with F.R.I.D.A.Y. in pursuit.

Vision awakens alongside Lisa aboard a plane headed to Madripoor.

Episode 6 Deadlock Synopsis

Paladin brings Tommy to Madripoor to blackmail Vision and Lisa into surrendering, but they are interrupted when Ten Rings soldiers, led by Raza al-Wazar on behalf of the Client, attack them.

Tommy and Lisa hijack Paladin's van with help from E.D.I.T.H. and assist Vision, while Paladin subdues Raza.

Elsewhere, in her own Mindspace, Jocasta reveals to Ultron that the biomarkers unlock the nest, a vault of nanobots she created as Joe Carrington. Jacosta plans to deploy the nanobots to make humans more machine-like and to control their minds.

F.R.I.D.A.Y., who followed Ultron into the Mindspace and disguised herself as an ordinary robot, alerts E.D.I.T.H. to the dangers of the nanobots, but Jocasta manages to infect Lisa with a prototype nanobot.

Tommy uses his powers to deactivate it, saving Lisa but as they flee Madripoor, with an unconscious Lisa, Vision tells Tommy the truth about the WandaVision sitcom and his memories.

Back in Jocasta's Mindspace, Ultron and Jocasta's relationship develops further as they embrace each other and share a kiss.

00:17 --> 00:20 [SPEAKER_00]: I've been from one end of the world wide interweb to the other
00:28 --> 00:29 [SPEAKER_00]: that I have a dirty one.
00:29 --> 00:37 [SPEAKER_00]: I can strip your code down until you're no more complex than a game of palm.
00:38 --> 00:39 [SPEAKER_06]: What is it that you want?
00:43 --> 00:44 [SPEAKER_06]: I want to know you.
00:48 --> 00:49 [SPEAKER_06]: I want to be now.
00:52 --> 00:54 [SPEAKER_06]: But it will be painful.

01:27 --> 01:33 [SPEAKER_05]: Welcome back fellow defenders to the defenders podcast on TV podcast industries.
01:33 --> 01:41 [SPEAKER_05]: We are here talking about vision quest episodes 5 and 6 entitled Firewall and Deadlock.
01:42 --> 01:43 [SPEAKER_05]: I am one of your host John.
01:44 --> 01:45 [SPEAKER_05]: I am one of your other host Derek.
01:46 --> 01:48 [SPEAKER_02]: and bring the bond back together.
01:48 --> 01:49 [SPEAKER_02]: My amgress.
01:49 --> 01:50 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
01:50 --> 01:52 [SPEAKER_02]: Welcome back, Christoph.
01:52 --> 01:54 [SPEAKER_02]: And no welcome back, John.
01:54 --> 01:55 [SPEAKER_02]: I was here last week.
01:55 --> 01:56 [SPEAKER_02]: Last week?
01:56 --> 01:56 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
01:56 --> 01:57 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
01:59 --> 01:59 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
01:59 --> 02:01 [SPEAKER_04]: First week for John last week.
02:01 --> 02:05 [SPEAKER_04]: And then I was a part of the night that we were supposed to be recording last week.
02:06 --> 02:24 [SPEAKER_04]: We've had a fun week of partying for John's birthday, fun week before that partying from my birthday, and as you may hear in the background It's the night before Halloween, so on both sides of our microphones We may hear some explosions, so just a little water if it's warning if you hear some explosions They're not special effects on my behalf.
02:24 --> 02:25 [SPEAKER_04]: There are some some fireworks.
02:26 --> 02:27 [SPEAKER_05]: It is the witching hour.
02:27 --> 02:27 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah
02:28 --> 02:32 [SPEAKER_05]: Well, all the local knackers look for treats.
02:32 --> 02:41 [SPEAKER_04]: You used to work so well during like I guess all the long when you had the fireworks going off the background, but it's not as as good in the envision questions.
02:42 --> 02:44 [SPEAKER_05]: Don't you dare give them a bit of fruit.
02:46 --> 02:47 [SPEAKER_05]: Wilson raisins.
02:49 --> 03:10 [SPEAKER_02]: because they'll egg the house well yes well look at at least where I am looking out my office window and there are a group of youth slowly rolling a number of wooden pallets down the road by the x on a shopping trolley which can only mean one thing
03:11 --> 03:12 [SPEAKER_02]: A blonde fire.
03:12 --> 03:12 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
03:12 --> 03:13 [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, and that's it.
03:13 --> 03:15 [SPEAKER_05]: It is the fireworks as well.
03:15 --> 03:31 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, but also how they do that is they get a number of your wheelie bins and put them and then build around the wheelie bins wooden pallets So yes, let's wait and see I have three bins how many bins will I have next week?
03:32 --> 03:33 [SPEAKER_02]: Who knows?
03:33 --> 03:53 [SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so before this podcast turns into three-year-old men, Shae Shae children, for doing things exactly what they did when they was kids, we will go back to talking about entertainment and the show is in stuff that we love loads and that makes us enjoy our time stuck indoors while other people are setting fire to things.
03:54 --> 03:55 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, indeed.
03:55 --> 03:58 [SPEAKER_04]: Boss, we do have to start with a little bit of discussion
04:02 --> 04:09 [SPEAKER_04]: as, unfortunately, the announcement came of the death of Sir Patrick Stewart, who we all love so much.
04:10 --> 04:10 [SPEAKER_05]: Absolutely.
04:11 --> 04:12 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
04:12 --> 04:25 [SPEAKER_05]: I mean, it's right that we give a little fond farewell to Sir Patrick Stewart, because we've covered him on the podcast on TV podcast industries with Epicard.
04:29 --> 04:46 [SPEAKER_05]: talked about him around various things, such as like his appearance on extras, back in the day, and plus as well, I guess, as certainly for myself and Derek, you know, as gay men, a very important ally.
04:48 --> 05:07 [SPEAKER_05]: as to gay man but also to women fleeing from domestic violence so just like a whole round and sort of great guy but also we've grown up with him through the 90s as he was a genre because in Star Trek next generation so
05:09 --> 05:16 [SPEAKER_04]: And also, in the Marvel Universe course, playing in Vesrax, it was in a reprise the role in multiverse and madness.
05:17 --> 05:18 [SPEAKER_04]: We talked about it in there, of course.
05:19 --> 05:27 [SPEAKER_04]: Very lucky when they launched Star Trek Picard and the UK was able to go to the premiere and Patrick Stewart was there at the premiere.
05:28 --> 05:50 [SPEAKER_04]: in the room with the wonderful man talking about this re-examination of his character, and now a lot of people weren't huge fans of at least some of the time of Picard, but by the end of those three seasons, there was a grow show there, which he was an executive producer and helped with the writing for that show, along with Terry Battalus, who is the show runner for a vision quest as well, so...
05:52 --> 06:08 [SPEAKER_04]: given that we're covering another show by Terramatiles, seemed like the right to appropriate place to talk about Patrick Stewart, and he has been so central to our nerdy lives from all the way back to the 80s, and he's stayed really important to all of us ever since.
06:08 --> 06:10 [SPEAKER_04]: So, fun farewell to the wonderful St. Patrick.
06:11 --> 06:17 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I will say my earliest memory of him in a... in a...
06:19 --> 06:44 [SPEAKER_02]: nerdy adjacent which and she it is just pure nerdy is doom right that's my first memory the original doom movie and that's where I was introduced to him and then as Duncan and uh he then obviously in the the 90s is my captain for the nationalization and then my presser acts which I grew up with
06:45 --> 06:52 [SPEAKER_02]: And the original Fox universe, um, when he reprised his role, uh, for dates of each past, I loved him.
06:53 --> 06:56 [SPEAKER_02]: You had the two examiers there, the very different.
06:56 --> 07:04 [SPEAKER_02]: Um, and it is going to be poignant to see him in December, next month, in Doomstay.
07:04 --> 07:06 [SPEAKER_02]: knowing that is that was his final role.
07:07 --> 07:26 [SPEAKER_02]: But it is quite sad and the the poor man had a very short battle with Alzheimer's and so kiss your loved ones and tell them you love him and just remember support any Alzheimer's adjacent charities if you feel so willing and going forward.
07:26 --> 07:27 [SPEAKER_03]: Absolutely.
07:27 --> 07:33 [SPEAKER_05]: And so with that, RIP, Sub-Patrick, Stuart, Monde Capitan.
07:33 --> 07:34 [SPEAKER_04]: Thank you for everything.
07:34 --> 07:41 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, absolutely, and we'll get on with our coverage now, fellow defenders of episode 5 and 6.
07:42 --> 07:44 [SPEAKER_05]: of the VisionQuest Outing.
07:45 --> 08:04 [SPEAKER_05]: We have Firewall and Deadlock as the titles and before we get going into this just a quick reminder, a quick public service announcement to our wonderful fellow defenders that if you haven't already please go on and subscribe over at TV podcastindustries.com
08:11 --> 08:16 [SPEAKER_05]: Also, we are continuing with our vision quest, pub quiz.
08:16 --> 08:26 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, the old Selki pub quiz with our next two questions from one from each of the episodes that we cover on the podcast.
08:27 --> 08:47 [SPEAKER_05]: And of course, we love to get your feedback theories, thoughts and observations on anything to do with the show, so please send in your emails to feedback at tvpodcastindustries.com or head on over to our facebook group at facebook.com Forward slash groups forward slash TV podcast industries
08:47 --> 08:54 [SPEAKER_05]: And of course, you can join us over on our Discord channel at the link to that is in the show notes below.
08:55 --> 09:02 [SPEAKER_05]: And so, yes, I think with that let us get on to our spoiler-filled discussion of episodes five and six, Derek.
09:03 --> 09:05 [SPEAKER_05]: What are some of the episodes details?
09:05 --> 09:08 [SPEAKER_04]: Well, as you mentioned before, the show was created by Terry Matales.
09:09 --> 09:17 [SPEAKER_04]: The executive producer for the series are Kevin Feige, Louis D'Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Mary at Livin' Us, Terry Matales, Jack Shaefer and Christopher J.
09:17 --> 09:17 [SPEAKER_04]: Burn.
09:18 --> 09:21 [SPEAKER_04]: And so five of the show was written by Christopher Montfesse.
09:21 --> 09:28 [SPEAKER_04]: He wrote five episodes of Star Trek Picard, three in season two and two in season three, and was also a writer on 12 monkeys as well.
09:28 --> 09:28 [SPEAKER_04]: So,
09:28 --> 09:31 [SPEAKER_04]: again, another writer coming in to the stable of Terry Matales.
09:32 --> 09:34 [SPEAKER_04]: Episode six was written by Nicole Fassati.
09:34 --> 09:42 [SPEAKER_04]: It was a writer's assistant on the last two seasons of Star Trek Picard before writing this episode, so one of the new writing credits in this season.
09:43 --> 09:46 [SPEAKER_02]: Again, we have Terry just bringing his little crew around with him.
09:48 --> 09:50 [SPEAKER_02]: And it's a good thing, I suppose, like, once you have that type of
09:52 --> 10:05 [SPEAKER_02]: working relationship or going to say, that is probably that is the technical term, but that kind of friendship and understanding of how you work together and just then I say, it makes sense to bring these people with you from one property to another.
10:06 --> 10:06 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah.
10:07 --> 10:07 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, definitely.
10:07 --> 10:32 [SPEAKER_05]: I think you see that a lot of the time in the creative arts where, you know, that they get to know the shortcuts of one another and it just really helps in a sense with, but at least in part, the smooth running of the show, but I guess to some degree production costs, because you kind of, you know how they work and there's a short hand that,
10:33 --> 10:34 [SPEAKER_05]: can really help keep things moving.
10:35 --> 10:42 [SPEAKER_04]: And also particularly on TV, it's great to kind of have a production team in the writing, in the writing side that are all kind of work it together, no, I'd work together, and they'd come into the project.
10:42 --> 10:46 [SPEAKER_04]: I'll work at the same time and work at speed, I know what they're doing.
10:46 --> 10:55 [SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, so kind of cool to see Nicole coming up the ranks through writer's assistant, and structure Picard, and I went to writer for this episode.
10:56 --> 10:56 [SPEAKER_04]: So it's good.
10:57 --> 11:03 [SPEAKER_04]: The director for both episodes is Vicenza Natali, and we know Vicenza Natali very well here on the podcast.
11:03 --> 11:13 [SPEAKER_04]: Having covered him back in Luke Cage, where he directed Season 1 episode 4, and also directed six episodes of Hannibal Season 2 and Season 3, at which we covered here on the podcast as well.
11:13 --> 11:21 [SPEAKER_05]: Absolutely, and we've been doing a little bit of a rewatch as well, recently, of Hannibal, a great show, can't believe they stopped us.
11:21 --> 11:28 [SPEAKER_05]: Just after myself and Irene were getting into season three podcasting, all about Hannibal.
11:28 --> 11:32 [SPEAKER_05]: And we're going to go back to one and two, and then it just started.
11:33 --> 11:41 [SPEAKER_05]: That is the completionist in me would possibly want to do seasons 1, 2.
11:41 --> 11:44 [SPEAKER_04]: But especially now we're doing the rewatch of the show.
11:44 --> 11:48 [SPEAKER_04]: It's so good that I went out and bought the Hannibal Cookbook.
11:48 --> 11:49 [SPEAKER_04]: I know.
11:49 --> 11:51 [SPEAKER_04]: It's the sea, the awesome recipes that are available.
11:51 --> 11:54 [SPEAKER_04]: You can eat all the food as well as not actual Cuban body parts.
11:55 --> 11:56 [SPEAKER_04]: I've only got three fingers now.
11:58 --> 12:00 [SPEAKER_04]: But anyway, that's where vengeance comes from.
12:01 --> 12:05 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm John, do you want to tell us the synopsis for each of the two episodes?
12:05 --> 12:07 [SPEAKER_04]: Episode five, Firewall, and Episode six, Deadlock.
12:08 --> 12:10 [SPEAKER_05]: Keeps nibbling on my ears.
12:10 --> 12:12 [SPEAKER_05]: That's why you're married again.
12:12 --> 12:14 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, sure.
12:16 --> 12:19 [SPEAKER_05]: I'd say that was for the Snaps, isn't it right?
12:19 --> 12:26 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, Episode 5, trapped in Ultron's attic within the mind-space vision and the other AI's attempt to track Ultron.
12:26 --> 12:38 [SPEAKER_05]: They find recordings showing Ultron talking with Tommy at a pub before allowing the Paladin to kidnap him, as well as a memory cache revealing that Ultron had leaked vision's location to the Paladin.
12:39 --> 12:47 [SPEAKER_05]: They also discover that Ultron scanned Katarina Wells' face before Jakosta vaporised her, giving him possession of the final biomarker.
12:48 --> 12:57 [SPEAKER_05]: Jakosta offers to reveal what the biomarkers unlock if Ultron gives the biomarker of Katarina Wells' face to her.
12:58 --> 13:12 [SPEAKER_05]: Meanwhile, back in the mind space is Asik, the AI is realised that learning the firewall in their code is the only way for vision to regain control of his body to rescue Tommy, though doing so also grants Ultron access to the digital world.
13:13 --> 13:18 [SPEAKER_05]: Ultron meets vision in the Asik, and gives him a choice to keep him and them...
13:19 --> 13:22 [SPEAKER_05]: locked up or lower the fire wall and save Tommy.
13:23 --> 13:30 [SPEAKER_05]: Vision lowers the fire wall that allows him to regain control while Ultron escapes the mine space but with Friday in pursuit.
13:31 --> 13:36 [SPEAKER_05]: Vision awakens alongside Lisa aboard a plane headed to matriopal.
13:36 --> 13:37 [SPEAKER_05]: Episode 6
13:38 --> 13:51 [SPEAKER_05]: The Paladin brings Tommy to Madrepo to Blackmail Vision and Lisa into Surrendering, but they are interrupted when 10 Ring soldiers led by Razza Alwazza on behalf of the client attack them.
13:51 --> 13:58 [SPEAKER_05]: Tommy and Lisa hijacked the Paladin's van with help from Edith and a sister vision while Paladin subdues Razza.
13:59 --> 14:08 [SPEAKER_05]: Elsewhere, in her own mind-scape, Jacosta reveals to Ultron that the biomarkers unlock the next, a vault of NanoBots she created as Joe Carrington.
14:09 --> 14:14 [SPEAKER_05]: Jacosta plans to deploy the NanoBots to make humans more machine-like and control their minds.
14:15 --> 14:27 [SPEAKER_05]: Friday, who followed Ultron into the mind space and disguised herself as an ordinary robot, alerts Edith to the dangers of the NanoBots, but Jacosta manages to infect Lisa with a prototype
14:29 --> 14:40 [SPEAKER_05]: Tommy uses his powers to deactivate its saving Lisa, but as they flee Madre Report with an unconscious Lisa, Vision tells Tommy the truth about the Wonder Vision sitcom and his memories.
14:40 --> 14:49 [SPEAKER_05]: Back in Jakosta's mind space, Ultron and Jakosta's relationship develops further as they embrace each other and share a kiss.
14:52 --> 15:10 [SPEAKER_04]: erobox kissing Well, when it means the end of the world I might be saying the or oh god Oh, yes, I whisky flavored robot kiss Between these two big big baths.
15:11 --> 15:16 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, what a great way to end these these two episodes Overall pretty cool episodes
15:18 --> 15:21 [SPEAKER_04]: Very, and I have to say there is so much going on in the show.
15:21 --> 15:29 [SPEAKER_04]: It's definitely avoiding the trope of putting hardly any character development in episodes and putting just, you know, PPU action.
15:29 --> 15:34 [SPEAKER_04]: This is all about the interactions between all of these characters.
15:35 --> 15:38 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm writing three, four pages of notes on every one of these episodes.
15:39 --> 15:44 [SPEAKER_05]: It's really talking, but I really like it and I think it's McSentervittent, I like it.
15:44 --> 15:59 [SPEAKER_05]: I think the visuals from Episode 5 for me Firewall with that black and white imagery were then kind of replicating the real world scene and were vision and the other AIs trapped in this mine space room, cool up.
15:59 --> 16:01 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I just thought it was.
16:02 --> 16:25 [SPEAKER_05]: just spot on and I just loved all that and what it explodes you know yeah yeah and I know that's probably my contribution to the code line number well let's go up to it yeah I think I think we should get into it because there's two really interesting episodes here so let's get into our top five
16:32 --> 16:33 [SPEAKER_05]: to the pub for a minute.
16:34 --> 16:38 [SPEAKER_04]: I just wanted this quote for our focus from now on.
16:38 --> 16:40 [SPEAKER_04]: Where does it look like they're going?
16:40 --> 16:43 [SPEAKER_07]: Looks like they're these taking him for a pint.
16:45 --> 16:46 [SPEAKER_04]: I love this obviously.
16:47 --> 16:53 [SPEAKER_04]: The opening of the episode we find that the vision and all of these AIs are locked up in the same aspect, the same loft.
16:54 --> 17:00 [SPEAKER_04]: Thus, that Ultron has been in for these last eight years, nine years, isn't it?
17:00 --> 17:04 [SPEAKER_04]: Since Ultron came back or wasn't killed.
17:04 --> 17:09 [SPEAKER_04]: So he's been locked in this in this mine space for that long and stuck up in the attic.
17:09 --> 17:13 [SPEAKER_04]: So we have the more trying to work their way out of this location.
17:13 --> 17:14 [SPEAKER_04]: I thought this was a really cool, everybody.
17:16 --> 17:40 [SPEAKER_04]: working through the problem, trying to work out how they could use the techniques that they'll try and use to access the outside world to try and find out where a Tommy is, I love that it's an indeterminate amount of time when they wake up, it could be years, it could be hours, they don't know anything because they're so blocked off from the outside world and then seeing them navigate through accessing back doors to try and see the outside world,
17:45 --> 17:58 [SPEAKER_02]: This whole episode was fantastic for me, but in particular how we learned how they interacted and yes, I know you've said it by the talkie talkie aspect, but actually showing them.
18:00 --> 18:02 [SPEAKER_02]: recreating this.
18:02 --> 18:05 [SPEAKER_02]: Almost like on a halatech speaking of a captain.
18:06 --> 18:09 [SPEAKER_02]: They this was so much fun.
18:09 --> 18:14 [SPEAKER_02]: It was great to see and seeing them in the scenes.
18:15 --> 18:27 [SPEAKER_02]: So having Ultron in the form of Ultron when he was in vision's body but like seeing him interact and then having vision and the rest of him in the
18:30 --> 18:35 [SPEAKER_02]: It's a very unique take on what we've always seen at these flashback episodes.
18:36 --> 18:47 [SPEAKER_02]: Like, if that essentially what this was, this was a flashback to a couple of hours ago, but seeing how they did it, I was like, oh, this is like, as was fun.
18:48 --> 18:51 [SPEAKER_04]: Like, it was a day to don't, but just don't so imaginatively.
18:52 --> 18:55 [SPEAKER_04]: It's been funny seeing some of the reactions we saw the, I saw this episode when we got the
19:00 --> 19:03 [SPEAKER_04]: How it all played out and seeing the reaction of some people watching it going well.
19:03 --> 19:22 [SPEAKER_04]: They saved on budget You know that's that was what their aim was was just to not have Ultron on screen all the time because that cost loads of money and you're going they saved on budget in some ways Again, but if you notice there are scenes where you have pull better than the as vision in the pub talking to Tommy Then you have those scenes replayed with
19:23 --> 19:34 [SPEAKER_04]: James Spader in the in the scene that's being re-created and you have all the characters in the background in color and them and and them and black and white like their own seasons you even footage.
19:34 --> 19:38 [SPEAKER_04]: So the creativity that was in there in the scenes.
19:39 --> 19:43 [SPEAKER_04]: shouldn't be lost, just because they're not having ultra on the robot on screen.
19:43 --> 19:55 [SPEAKER_04]: And most of these scenes, the creativity that's being used to create something really interesting that almost looks like a split-to-stage play, but also has some really cool TV elements in there.
19:55 --> 19:56 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I really love what they're in.
19:56 --> 19:57 [SPEAKER_05]: I think that's right.
19:57 --> 20:01 [SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I think what what do they say in necessity is the mother of invention.
20:01 --> 20:05 [SPEAKER_05]: In this case, having to keep the budget tight means you have to be a bit
20:09 --> 20:10 [SPEAKER_05]: something like this.
20:11 --> 20:16 [SPEAKER_05]: But then on the flip side of that, it's finding the moments where you do splash the cash.
20:16 --> 20:25 [SPEAKER_05]: And I think, you know, later on there's a great transition of, you know, them from a human to robot form, which is really, really good.
20:26 --> 20:27 [SPEAKER_05]: Very nice little touches.
20:28 --> 20:30 [SPEAKER_05]: But I totally agree.
20:30 --> 20:34 [SPEAKER_05]: I thought, you know, the black and white scenes with whether
20:37 --> 20:49 [SPEAKER_05]: whether it was Ultron with jacostors or of at the Louvre in Paris, where he had the artwork, or earlier on, I think was really, really well done.
20:49 --> 20:52 [SPEAKER_05]: And like you say, almost a bit like a stage play.
20:53 --> 21:01 [SPEAKER_05]: It was absolutely a way of providing flashbacks, as you say, Chris, and but also that exposition.
21:02 --> 21:04 [SPEAKER_05]: I think what's really interesting though,
21:07 --> 21:18 [SPEAKER_05]: bit and in terms of six is just that theme of jacoster using the whiskey.
21:18 --> 21:20 [SPEAKER_05]: So it's a bit like a whiskey watch.
21:20 --> 21:22 [SPEAKER_05]: We don't know what type of whiskey it is, but you know
21:23 --> 21:25 [SPEAKER_05]: That's a really nice through theme.
21:25 --> 21:30 [SPEAKER_05]: I think this opening part between Tommy and Ultron.
21:30 --> 21:37 [SPEAKER_05]: I kind of like the difference between the two, you know, I felt Tommy was just being really sort of...
21:38 --> 21:44 [SPEAKER_05]: all in very total, you know he says like everything is sale, don't tell you everything about them.
21:45 --> 21:58 [SPEAKER_05]: And all songs are like, well, kind of, you know, and it's like, he goes, well, I might still kill the human race, but not the artists, because they tell the truth.
21:58 --> 22:03 [SPEAKER_05]: And I kind of like how the two of them sort of have this back and forth were
22:03 --> 22:14 [SPEAKER_05]: Ultram kind of forces Tommy to say the question that he can't answer, you know, does vision love him effectively?
22:16 --> 22:22 [SPEAKER_05]: But Ultram sort of saying, well, he's never going to be exactly who you want him to be.
22:23 --> 22:26 [SPEAKER_05]: But like a cheap tie, it's trying.
22:28 --> 22:28 [SPEAKER_05]: And you know,
22:29 --> 22:31 [SPEAKER_05]: Isn't that worth something?
22:31 --> 22:35 [SPEAKER_05]: Because otherwise you need to arm yourself with the fact that you could still be alone.
22:35 --> 22:38 [SPEAKER_05]: This Christmas still drifting.
22:39 --> 22:44 [SPEAKER_05]: But at the same time, you have Tommy reversing that challenge back on Ultron.
22:44 --> 22:48 [SPEAKER_05]: You know, that you're always going to be alone and you'll always will be...
22:49 --> 22:51 [SPEAKER_05]: you've never formed that connection.
22:51 --> 22:53 [SPEAKER_05]: Never worked out how to make a connection.
22:53 --> 22:54 [SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
22:54 --> 22:56 [SPEAKER_04]: At least he's saying at least vision is trying to do that.
22:56 --> 22:59 [SPEAKER_04]: He may never achieved it, but that's he, he, he, he, can't be believes.
23:00 --> 23:01 [SPEAKER_04]: He will eventually get through.
23:01 --> 23:01 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
23:01 --> 23:02 [SPEAKER_04]: But all John can never get.
23:02 --> 23:05 [SPEAKER_05]: And it does come with a great line from Ultron.
23:05 --> 23:08 [SPEAKER_05]: He says, you're a real son of a witch.
23:08 --> 23:10 [SPEAKER_05]: And that's what I must say.
23:11 --> 23:11 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
23:11 --> 23:17 [SPEAKER_05]: Again, the rising, very rising heavy, very script heavy, dialogue heavy, boss.
23:18 --> 23:19 [SPEAKER_05]: The dialogue is great.
23:20 --> 23:21 [SPEAKER_05]: It's so good.
23:22 --> 23:25 [SPEAKER_05]: And Elevated by James Spazer for sure.
23:25 --> 23:25 [SPEAKER_05]: Absolutely.
23:26 --> 23:28 [SPEAKER_04]: And it's a real treat for me, yeah.
23:28 --> 23:33 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm really Mallocca's holding his own, again, another character that's working really well with James Spazer.
23:34 --> 23:41 [SPEAKER_04]: James Spazer gets all the credit because he's doing such a great job here, but everybody around him is also working really well with him.
23:41 --> 23:47 [SPEAKER_04]: I think, you know, I love when they're having that conversation and he's saying to me,
23:47 --> 23:51 [SPEAKER_04]: Just to give you an example of what Ultron is like when you look at an apple, what do you see?
23:51 --> 23:53 [SPEAKER_04]: He sees the component pirates.
23:53 --> 23:55 [SPEAKER_04]: He can only see the recipe, not the meal.
23:56 --> 24:01 [SPEAKER_04]: As Ultron's take on who vision is and he's trying to dangle this carrot over Tommy's head.
24:01 --> 24:06 [SPEAKER_04]: If you want to know about vision, you ask me, I know him better than he even knows himself.
24:07 --> 24:10 [SPEAKER_04]: And Tommy comes into realisation that all Trump's just trying to manipulate them.
24:10 --> 24:12 [SPEAKER_04]: He has no real information to help him out.
24:12 --> 24:19 [SPEAKER_04]: He doesn't really know vision because this version of vision is a brand new version of vision who is trying and changing constantly.
24:19 --> 24:22 [SPEAKER_04]: So, yeah, really loves that these scenes.
24:23 --> 24:31 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I like that little trick actually, and that's not a trick, I don't really mean that, but I like that little sort of device that they use.
24:32 --> 24:37 [SPEAKER_05]: And where all's one saying, you know, what do you see when you see an apple?
24:38 --> 24:42 [SPEAKER_05]: And Rory, like you say, Rory is good they're getting an apple.
24:42 --> 24:47 [SPEAKER_05]: It's an apple, and then he says, but as a super computer, synthesized,
24:48 --> 24:52 [SPEAKER_05]: We see the sugars, the vitamin C, whatever.
24:53 --> 25:00 [SPEAKER_05]: And the similar kind of thing comes through with the whiskey, the used on the whiskey as well, which was really, really good.
25:00 --> 25:02 [SPEAKER_05]: And I like that.
25:05 --> 25:20 [SPEAKER_05]: I like with Ultron that aspect where, yes, I can simulate the whiskey, the molten, the rye and the water, but not the warmth or the spices it hits, the power or the loosening of inhibitions.
25:20 --> 25:21 [SPEAKER_05]: The social aspect.
25:21 --> 25:23 [SPEAKER_05]: It was really, really well done.
25:24 --> 25:24 [SPEAKER_05]: I just didn't.
25:25 --> 25:29 [SPEAKER_05]: kind of real nice images portray the in this.
25:29 --> 25:37 [SPEAKER_05]: And I wonder, you know, as well, it just reflects back on Tommy saying, well, you're always going to be alone.
25:37 --> 25:40 [SPEAKER_05]: You won't be able to find anyone.
25:41 --> 25:44 [SPEAKER_05]: And then you see him with jacoster.
25:44 --> 25:48 [SPEAKER_05]: And I just think that's a really nice aspect here in this episode.
25:49 --> 25:54 [SPEAKER_02]: And for me it's that all of those things that you've talked about, I just love James Vader.
25:55 --> 26:16 [SPEAKER_02]: I'm more and more so throughout this because seeing him interact with Portamos, it's just such an interesting back and forth dialogue, which then throughout the next, the rest of this episode and into the next.
26:18 --> 26:23 [SPEAKER_02]: I don't think they're trying to create a redemptive arc for Ultron.
26:23 --> 26:30 [SPEAKER_02]: I think what they're trying to do is make you kind of just question
26:32 --> 26:36 [SPEAKER_02]: Is he actually, is he, as you said about that?
26:36 --> 26:40 [SPEAKER_02]: Is he gonna kill, maybe I won't kill everyone or maybe I'll leave the artist alive.
26:41 --> 26:45 [SPEAKER_02]: Like, it makes you go, okay, maybe he's not that bad.
26:46 --> 26:48 [SPEAKER_02]: Maybe, like, it's getting, it's a coin flip.
26:48 --> 26:50 [SPEAKER_02]: It's just there, they're trying to make him,
26:52 --> 27:00 [SPEAKER_02]: Relatable, for personable, like charismatic, like it's just, I want to go for a whiskey with Ultron.
27:01 --> 27:07 [SPEAKER_02]: The more I read, and I want to go for a pint with Ultron, the more I listen to and hear him throughout these two episodes.
27:08 --> 27:16 [SPEAKER_02]: Because you're like, oh, we could go there and talk about genocide and then switch quickly into yates.
27:16 --> 27:18 [SPEAKER_02]: It will be such an interesting kind of drink.
27:19 --> 27:36 [SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, but all that is to say, like it's seeing him monologue and dialogue throughout these these two episodes in particular, this very first one and from a dialogue perspective, it is just pure cinema.
27:38 --> 27:41 [SPEAKER_04]: It is a it is a really interesting choice that I've made here, as you say,
27:44 --> 27:47 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but to show you how his mind is working more than anything else.
27:47 --> 27:51 [SPEAKER_05]: It's a side view, like I guess his process of psyche is still what he's doing.
27:51 --> 27:57 [SPEAKER_04]: I just like don't worry everybody, he's still could kill everybody on the planet, but this is what he's thinking about before he pushes the button.
27:57 --> 28:03 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, because he wants going on, which is so interesting, because yes, you're so, you're so right, you're so used to it, you know, that either they'll build up.
28:04 --> 28:07 [SPEAKER_04]: The exact opposite version of Ironman to become Ironmonger.
28:07 --> 28:08 [SPEAKER_04]: They'll battle at the end.
28:09 --> 28:10 [SPEAKER_04]: Ironman wins here.
28:10 --> 28:13 [SPEAKER_04]: It's the exact version of vision is Ultron.
28:14 --> 28:16 [SPEAKER_04]: The alternate version of vision is Ultron.
28:16 --> 28:17 [SPEAKER_04]: They will battle at the end.
28:18 --> 28:19 [SPEAKER_04]: Ultron loses vision wins.
28:20 --> 28:20 [SPEAKER_04]: But here you're going.
28:20 --> 28:21 [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, what is he?
28:21 --> 28:22 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
28:22 --> 28:24 [SPEAKER_04]: Did similar to a vision or did you just have a good thought process?
28:24 --> 28:25 [SPEAKER_04]: It's just a thought process.
28:25 --> 28:28 [SPEAKER_05]: It is the ultimate psychiatrist, Count Chair.
28:28 --> 28:30 [SPEAKER_05]: This is just the exploration of his psyche.
28:30 --> 28:38 [SPEAKER_05]: I think you were saying it has that great line vision which goes, I've grown tired of the coin flip of your true intentions.
28:38 --> 28:54 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, and that's just a really nice way that says to all Tron because, you know, they're trapped in the attic in the in the mind space, but so to is all Tron, but it's he's basically saying, well,
28:55 --> 29:02 [SPEAKER_05]: keep the fire wall up and we're all trapped here, releases, and you can go and save Tommy.
29:02 --> 29:16 [SPEAKER_05]: And so it's just really nice, but he's just, it's a great phrase, and that's the thing, I just think the quality of the writing here, and just really just expresses so much,
29:17 --> 29:30 [SPEAKER_05]: more than just the sum of the sentences that give and it's just really quite, it's quite rich and visual in how it's saying what it needs to say and I think it's really great and I'm definitely here for that.
29:31 --> 29:40 [SPEAKER_04]: And as the story just goes through this father's son and grandfathered out, a tale which will continue to reach these episodes and into the rest of the season.
29:40 --> 29:43 [SPEAKER_05]: I do need to just do one more of them which is when
29:44 --> 29:56 [SPEAKER_05]: Ultron and Tommy are in the pub for the first time he goes well from Distain to Dispepts here in 20 seconds if we give it another 20 seconds who knows you might even begin to tolerate me
29:58 --> 29:59 [SPEAKER_05]: Love it.
29:59 --> 30:00 [SPEAKER_04]: I can't stand you.
30:00 --> 30:01 [SPEAKER_04]: I've got you.
30:01 --> 30:05 [SPEAKER_04]: You make me want to puker from the Stainford Spepsie in two seconds.
30:05 --> 30:05 [SPEAKER_04]: Really good.
30:05 --> 30:06 [SPEAKER_04]: So good.
30:07 --> 30:20 [SPEAKER_04]: We could probably move on to our next code line in the second, but just one thing quickly to say that that goes throughout the two sections where they're recreating the meeting of Jakastans, Ultron and the meeting of Ultron and Tommy is a
30:22 --> 30:40 [SPEAKER_04]: dummy in you, setting the stage around everything that's going on, using Henry Lewis and Jonathan Sarah as we mentioned before, they were in the stage play that goes wrong shows that eventually became the TV show, very successful, but that's the kind of thing the two actors would do in those stage shows that'd be moving the set around for comedy effect.
30:40 --> 30:58 [SPEAKER_04]: and the use of the two of them in those scenes, particularly having you play by Jonathan Sair on the bicycle, spinning the paintings around him to see me of age was, their trip to the Louvre looked like was fantastic, just half-quality company using the two of them in there thought it was really, really good.
30:58 --> 31:02 [SPEAKER_04]: But what that says, let's move on to our code line too.
31:04 --> 31:08 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, the mystery, who was Joe Carrington?
31:08 --> 31:25 [SPEAKER_04]: So hidden in the video footage that they're compiling, there's a little glitch that happens when Ultron goes to the bar and vision realizes that within that glitch is a conversation between Jakastah and Ultron, and they decode that further to guess what happened in the meeting between the two of them again.
31:26 --> 31:31 [SPEAKER_04]: really cool use of what you're seeing on screen to what these super computers are actually processing between them.
31:32 --> 31:44 [SPEAKER_04]: And within the conversation we hear who Jakast is, where she came from, who Joe Carrington was in the past, and how she, what she's trying to achieve effectively.
31:44 --> 31:45 [SPEAKER_04]: So we've got lots of availability.
31:46 --> 31:52 [SPEAKER_02]: And she is, Jakast is almost your stereotypical
31:54 --> 32:10 [SPEAKER_02]: bad guy substitute for Ultron which is like throughout this episode and next episode we learn that she she was she is a scientist gone wrong a scientist and basically
32:11 --> 32:15 [SPEAKER_02]: her vision, yeah, was corrupted.
32:16 --> 32:21 [SPEAKER_02]: Much like Ultron wanted to help control the world.
32:21 --> 32:28 [SPEAKER_02]: She wanted to do the same, except she wanted to do the opposite, which is bringing the machinery, the logic,
32:32 --> 32:47 [SPEAKER_02]: And again, she is then kind of your pseudo bad guy in that she wants to release these nanobots that will help control almost like a worker bee queen bee.
32:48 --> 32:50 [SPEAKER_02]: She will guide the human race to the next level.
32:53 --> 32:55 [SPEAKER_02]: I say like it's the pseudo bug.
32:56 --> 32:57 [SPEAKER_02]: There's way more to the character.
32:57 --> 33:00 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, of Joe character and then we learn all those bits.
33:00 --> 33:10 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but it is so interesting when you the assumption I had as this series was rolling on and even 30 episodes is that
33:10 --> 33:12 [SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, Ultion is a bad guy.
33:12 --> 33:29 [SPEAKER_02]: Ultion is the one who is going to be the evil Meglamania and the mustache twerler, where actually it's jacosta not twerling the ends of her fake metal hair.
33:30 --> 33:54 [SPEAKER_04]: or as the internet meme says why not both Chris yeah yeah exactly exactly you know you know we learn the history of Jo Carrons and that her father had passed away from a brain illness which inspired her to go into science to cure and help those kind of brain illnesses and we learn how to count as the conversation develops throughout the two episodes we learn thus um that
33:55 --> 34:08 [SPEAKER_04]: Joe used her brain scan to complete the original source code, which was Phineas Horton's source code, so that she could try and save lives of other people that had the same brain known as his father.
34:08 --> 34:17 [SPEAKER_04]: I wanted to ask you guys about this, what you thought, because we learn, again, as the story goes on, as we hear more and more about it, that
34:17 --> 34:31 [SPEAKER_04]: Eventually, Joe Carrington succumbed to the same illness that her father had, and given that she used her own brain scan to complete the source code, do you think there was something in the brain scan that could have caused an issue with this code that she's created?
34:32 --> 34:41 [SPEAKER_04]: Jakos says, looking to take down the entire planet now because of what happened, she's creating vengeance, was there something wrong within her brain when she took that scan
34:44 --> 34:46 [SPEAKER_04]: put an illness into source code almost.
34:46 --> 34:49 [SPEAKER_04]: What do you think is that a positive virus with a virus?
34:49 --> 34:58 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, something like that that she's created a false source code because it was an imperfect scan of a brain that was imperfect almost.
34:59 --> 35:03 [SPEAKER_05]: Or is the thing that's caused her to have this success?
35:03 --> 35:06 [SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I don't know to be honest.
35:06 --> 35:08 [SPEAKER_02]: If it is, it will be the downfall.
35:09 --> 35:10 [SPEAKER_02]: It will be used as a
35:14 --> 35:17 [SPEAKER_04]: the kind of back door entry or something.
35:17 --> 35:29 [SPEAKER_02]: Back door, McGoffin of how they are able to take down Jakosta and then or if her code is merged with Ultron, that's how they are able to take down Ultron.
35:29 --> 35:31 [SPEAKER_02]: It will be something along those lines.
35:31 --> 35:32 [SPEAKER_02]: Right.
35:32 --> 35:36 [SPEAKER_02]: I do think it's going she is essentially
35:45 --> 36:06 [SPEAKER_02]: And she is going to be, she is this prototypical mother of all the AI's in that Joe Kangton was the one who fixed the, um, the human torches, the jibh Hammond prototype AI.
36:06 --> 36:11 [SPEAKER_02]: So she is essentially the mother to the father that is Ultron to vision and a few others.
36:11 --> 36:13 [SPEAKER_02]: So it is we are getting that kind of
36:15 --> 36:28 [SPEAKER_02]: mom dad grand grandma granddad type of approach but I think to answer your question I think there will be something made to season balance because of a neurological
36:30 --> 36:31 [SPEAKER_02]: kind of issue.
36:32 --> 36:34 [SPEAKER_02]: I could see someone going, oh, where are you saying that?
36:36 --> 36:40 [SPEAKER_02]: Just because I have X problem neurologic problem, I'm broken.
36:41 --> 36:42 [SPEAKER_02]: I don't think they'll kind of use that.
36:42 --> 36:45 [SPEAKER_04]: No, no, I meant more if you're trying to cure.
36:47 --> 36:55 [SPEAKER_04]: An illness, a brain illness, that you also have yourself and you find out that the illness is hereditary, have you started from a poor starting point?
36:56 --> 36:56 [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, okay.
36:56 --> 37:01 [SPEAKER_04]: It should she have looked for another brain to map that didn't have the illness.
37:02 --> 37:04 [SPEAKER_04]: to try and fix her illness, it was kind of my question.
37:04 --> 37:17 [SPEAKER_04]: But it may not play, I just thought it was interesting when they talked through the story of how she eventually died and then they sold the code to Stark Industries in 2008, which was before the first Iron Man movie.
37:17 --> 37:22 [SPEAKER_04]: So the whole creation of Iron Man's first AI Jarvis came from this source code.
37:22 --> 37:26 [SPEAKER_04]: So all dating all the way back to Phineas Horton as well.
37:26 --> 37:26 [SPEAKER_04]: So
37:26 --> 37:32 [SPEAKER_04]: And one thing I just want quickly wanted to bring in here was just from feedback from Heather Wallace who sent in just a message.
37:32 --> 37:34 [SPEAKER_04]: Just thought it was really interesting to talk about now.
37:35 --> 37:43 [SPEAKER_04]: Heather says, I know Jakast has come up with our origins of different versions built by Ultron to be his lover, but having her be the mother of the Aia code is a better tie into her name.
37:44 --> 37:54 [SPEAKER_04]: Jakast originally was the queen of thieves that inadvertently married her son, Edipus, who was abandoned as a baby to thwart the prophecy of him killing his father and marrying his mother.
37:54 --> 38:06 [SPEAKER_04]: And the reason why I mentioned that is because there is a little throwaway line at the end of the episode when they're trying to find out who could be involved where Ultron says are we missing our Agamemnon.
38:07 --> 38:09 [SPEAKER_04]: Who is the Agamemnon here?
38:09 --> 38:16 [SPEAKER_04]: Who is the person that could be in control behind the scenes if we're thinking of Ultron and Jakosta as being?
38:18 --> 38:29 [SPEAKER_04]: Father and mother who is the grandfather who is the real creator, so and that was an interest in the line that all the way connected through the episode and through Heather whilst feedback so good catch their Heather
38:29 --> 38:31 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, absolutely no.
38:31 --> 38:35 [SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I think this is just again, it's just really clever.
38:35 --> 38:41 [SPEAKER_05]: I love, um, I love the whole theme around the birds with Joe Carrington.
38:41 --> 38:47 [SPEAKER_05]: I love how she plays this out, you know, the nanobots are in the nest.
38:47 --> 38:51 [SPEAKER_05]: I think right at the start that whole, um, initial,
38:52 --> 39:05 [SPEAKER_05]: flirting in the glitch between her and Ultron and she's like humanity has infected you, but I'm working on the cure and she doesn't know if she's desperate to find this key, this biometric key.
39:05 --> 39:17 [SPEAKER_05]: But she has that lovely moment where you have Ultron who has said previously, but I wouldn't kill the artists and she's like, but their artist is primitive and you know, I can't
39:19 --> 39:43 [SPEAKER_05]: believe I'd try to save them with this technology, you know what I need to make them or I was thinking I needed to make the synthetics more human when in fact it's making the humans more machine-like but this difference between the starlings and that murmur to me and whispered me until it was
39:49 --> 40:00 [SPEAKER_05]: versus the ravens, the murder of ravens, and crows that pecked from me, I, her colleagues, who stole all the information.
40:01 --> 40:09 [SPEAKER_05]: And you know, it's just the way it all comes together with, you know, come round to mind and together we can murder the world.
40:09 --> 40:09 [SPEAKER_05]: And it's just,
40:10 --> 40:21 [SPEAKER_05]: I love this symbolism of the ravens and the crows and the starlings, and even with the single man of a bot, she's kind of like, this little sparrow won't be able to do anything.
40:21 --> 40:21 [SPEAKER_05]: But,
40:22 --> 40:35 [SPEAKER_05]: add it to my nest and the starlings, the murmuration, you have something truly working collectively together, and rather than trying to be destroyed by, you know, and packed by these mergers.
40:35 --> 40:41 [SPEAKER_05]: So all of this to me was like, I just really, really enjoyed that, that's the rude line through it.
40:41 --> 40:45 [SPEAKER_05]: I also think like the history of it.
40:45 --> 40:45 [SPEAKER_05]: I like how
40:47 --> 41:06 [SPEAKER_05]: She's all really certain, and there's a moment where Ultron kind of says, how was your body, your consciousness digitised, and you have this moment from where she says, but there is something, there's an anger that I can't place, and there's something missing.
41:07 --> 41:15 [SPEAKER_05]: So that's the mystery here, which I think is really interesting across these two episodes Who is it who's the argument?
41:15 --> 41:21 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, who is the argument not and whether there's a moment where it's kind of maybe
41:23 --> 41:41 [SPEAKER_05]: foreshadows, I'm not too sure in Madrepo, because as soon as you have this moment between Ultron, it then goes to the client, voice coming through the TV in Madrepo, so maybe it's something to do with the client, but
41:42 --> 41:43 [SPEAKER_05]: equally.
41:44 --> 41:48 [SPEAKER_04]: Well, you'd assume the flying is the person behind it all because they're not really like who it is.
41:48 --> 41:51 [SPEAKER_04]: No, but I mean, you know, I don't know who that is, of course, yeah.
41:52 --> 41:52 [SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
41:52 --> 41:56 [SPEAKER_05]: And at the moment, it's really focused around vision.
41:56 --> 42:00 [SPEAKER_05]: Like the Ultron jacoster is really interesting.
42:00 --> 42:01 [SPEAKER_05]: How is playing out?
42:01 --> 42:16 [SPEAKER_05]: I do also like the remencing of Jakosta in that simulation with the Louvre, just going back to that, and it's kind of watched by this vormous group of synthetics where Edith and Friday and...
42:16 --> 42:37 [SPEAKER_04]: Do me and you are all kind of like, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh uh, uh uh, uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh
42:41 --> 42:42 [SPEAKER_05]: sort of together.
42:43 --> 42:55 [SPEAKER_05]: And there is a moment as well that I kind of, it's almost the, the cushion thrust between Jakosta and Ultram does kind of turn into synthetic BDSM.
42:55 --> 42:56 [SPEAKER_05]: I think.
42:56 --> 42:56 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
42:57 --> 43:00 [SPEAKER_02]: Where it, it's like, um, is that just metal workshop?
43:01 --> 43:26 [SPEAKER_05]: I know exactly because she tries to sort of poison them out with her code and he goes, well I'm an older code, I've seen everything and you know there's not much you can do to me and but I want to get to know you and she's like I want to be known but it will be painful and it's like then hurt me and you're just like thank you should I be watching this mummy?
43:28 --> 43:43 [SPEAKER_05]: a million squirming parents as they kid is watching this and I don't get what they mean you yeah so but I just was really well done between and jacosta and altron and
43:44 --> 43:51 [SPEAKER_05]: Well, I'm between James Spazer and Tenea Miller, and I think the two of them were just working so well together.
43:51 --> 43:51 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
43:51 --> 43:56 [SPEAKER_05]: I mean, the whole cast is this is why I'm just kind of so effusive.
43:56 --> 43:56 [SPEAKER_05]: Right.
43:57 --> 44:05 [SPEAKER_05]: And the cast, the dialogue and sort of the stylizing of it all is really, really good.
44:05 --> 44:09 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to really love its plans within plans within plans.
44:09 --> 44:11 [SPEAKER_04]: You know, we'll try going in with this.
44:12 --> 44:26 [SPEAKER_04]: insurance that he has where he scanned the face of that she needs and he's incorporated in his code that she can't get out even though she's using a technique to try and get a virus inside him, you know, I love that there's plans and plans, it's really, really cool.
44:27 --> 44:33 [SPEAKER_04]: And that kind of leads to the final and only decision that the vision thinks he has to get out of his head.
44:33 --> 44:38 [SPEAKER_04]: I guess save his son, which is that they have to use the firewall escape.
44:38 --> 44:40 [SPEAKER_04]: They have to drop all firewalls.
44:42 --> 44:49 [SPEAKER_04]: And when you think about it, this is basically how you restore Ultron to his full power.
44:49 --> 44:54 [SPEAKER_04]: When I watched it the first time I was kind of going, what do they mean that Ultron is now able to get out?
44:54 --> 44:58 [SPEAKER_04]: You won't be able to get him back in, you know, the genie's out of the bottle, basically.
44:58 --> 45:04 [SPEAKER_04]: That is literally what happened in Age of Ultron when Ultron got access to the internet.
45:04 --> 45:12 [SPEAKER_04]: He was able to travel from body to body to body gathering days as he went and effectively almost take down the entire planet because that's how powerfully was.
45:13 --> 45:15 [SPEAKER_04]: And here they're saying, if we drop the firewall,
45:16 --> 45:22 [SPEAKER_04]: and keep him inside, we're fine if we don't, he gets out into the world and he has his full pair of back.
45:23 --> 45:27 [SPEAKER_04]: Do you trust yourself to be able to allow Ultron out into the world?
45:27 --> 45:32 [SPEAKER_04]: And they believe there's no other choice, they have to drop the firewall and now Ultron is free.
45:33 --> 45:41 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, I do like Ultron when he says, well you found your missing code, I need to find mine and I think it's at the start of them.
45:42 --> 45:52 [SPEAKER_05]: Episode 6 where you have Ultron in, you know, the network, the world wide, where, whatever, and he's like, where are you?
45:52 --> 45:57 [SPEAKER_05]: And he's just in that, like, like, in the age of Ultron, he's like, where are you?
45:57 --> 46:01 [SPEAKER_05]: He's searching for jacoster and he finds and it's like second date,
46:04 --> 46:07 [SPEAKER_05]: of the horrible Wi-Fi brand here in your eyes.
46:08 --> 46:09 [SPEAKER_05]: Look at what the Wi-Fi drag is.
46:09 --> 46:10 [SPEAKER_05]: That's the one.
46:10 --> 46:10 [SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
46:11 --> 46:13 [SPEAKER_05]: That's much better than when I remember it.
46:13 --> 46:13 [SPEAKER_05]: Look at the bright.
46:13 --> 46:18 [SPEAKER_05]: And it just, it's so nicely done.
46:18 --> 46:19 [SPEAKER_05]: All of that.
46:20 --> 46:25 [SPEAKER_05]: And even then, yeah, that's when Friday also kind of goes after all Sean and into that network.
46:26 --> 46:26 [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
46:27 --> 46:32 [SPEAKER_05]: When that happened, I was wondering, okay, is this going to be the death of another one of the AI?
46:33 --> 46:34 [SPEAKER_05]: It's because we've had the death of the Jarvis.
46:35 --> 46:49 [SPEAKER_05]: So I'm glad when she finally turned back up again, but even at one point we're easest like, because anyone heard anything from Friday, I was like, okay, so maybe they're going to get picked off one by one, like I was thinking after episode one.
46:49 --> 46:52 [SPEAKER_05]: But no, she just survived, which is all good as well.
46:54 --> 47:04 [SPEAKER_04]: And yeah, that kind of leaves us with that left us in at the end of our code line number two with a vision on the way and waking up on the plane to a to match rapport and that.
47:04 --> 47:04 [SPEAKER_05]: K.A.P.
47:05 --> 47:06 [SPEAKER_05]: K.A.P.
47:06 --> 47:06 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
47:07 --> 47:16 [SPEAKER_04]: But that that amazing view over the the city of multiple, which is such a central location in the comic books for all the crime and scum and villainy.
47:16 --> 47:18 [SPEAKER_04]: It is it is that that.
47:19 --> 47:36 [SPEAKER_04]: musically of the Marvel Cinematic Universe really, been here a few times before and Falcon the Winter Soldier and Wolverine and Deadpool, as well, so, you know, always brings with it that idea of who are they going to meet when they're on the streets of Montrepoir.
47:36 --> 48:02 [SPEAKER_02]: there's because there is so many characters like you have the opportunity to bring in in the MCU right now the power broke yeah baranzimo it is the high boscom and villainy and just pulling in the Star Wars offensive you said so it's that kind of you could have you could get anyone but we don't we don't get that there's a cameo that we can chat about
48:03 --> 48:11 [SPEAKER_04]: We do get someone very surprising in there, but let's move it along to our code line number three to talk all about that.
48:11 --> 48:13 [SPEAKER_05]: It is the MagiPort stand-off.
48:14 --> 48:17 [SPEAKER_05]: And because ultimately what we have here is
48:19 --> 48:37 [SPEAKER_05]: the vision with Lisa, who was Tommy's grifter at arms, and you have the pallet in, who has kidnapped Thomas, and is looking to get the exchange between Thomas for the vision.
48:38 --> 48:41 [SPEAKER_05]: I think the one thing I really like here is just how
48:43 --> 49:03 [SPEAKER_05]: I really like the character of the Paladin, but I like this kind of size of him as well, which is like he can't get past his own code, which is like really good with, you know, his own coding, preventively means he just default to keep doing what he's doing, even though the clients already terminated the content.
49:03 --> 49:20 [SPEAKER_05]: and I just really enjoy that kind of notion here where he's just like a jack Russell just can't let go, can't give it, give it up and even though he shouldn't care, exactly
49:22 --> 49:47 [SPEAKER_02]: I absolutely adored this, this kind of sequence, starting with Lisa and kind of driving and jabbing vision kind of for being the goody goody two shoes and she's already on and found her mark and trying to get money and there's just that that that's a cameo as well by the way I found out today yes and from watching some videos
49:52 --> 49:52 [SPEAKER_02]: Shows.
49:52 --> 49:53 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
49:53 --> 49:53 [SPEAKER_05]: Excellent.
49:54 --> 49:56 [SPEAKER_05]: Weirdly playing the same character.
49:56 --> 49:57 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
49:57 --> 50:04 [SPEAKER_04]: The same character name, apparently, if you put all the stories that he's talking about when he's introduced in his little cameo, as we put them all together, there is a story.
50:05 --> 50:09 [SPEAKER_04]: I think it's Dane is the character name, so it's the Dane cinematic universe.
50:10 --> 50:18 [SPEAKER_04]: Where he has these stories that are constantly going on, he's interacting with Talus' characters, so an interesting cameo, but not a fan of a practical joke, so I didn't recognize that.
50:18 --> 50:19 [SPEAKER_04]: No, neither does I.
50:19 --> 50:23 [SPEAKER_04]: Until I saw this guy pop up in my feed today, so yeah.
50:23 --> 50:29 [SPEAKER_02]: But I look, I enjoy the head this kind of gets us to the table with Paladin.
50:29 --> 50:29 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
50:29 --> 50:31 [SPEAKER_02]: And we learned that Paladin was blipped.
50:32 --> 50:33 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, we do.
50:33 --> 50:49 [SPEAKER_02]: And that is his driving force to agree, which is he blipped, he came back and he's decided not to reconcile with his family because he wants to keep them say from his activities.
50:49 --> 50:56 [SPEAKER_02]: Specifically, his daughter, where we find, again, vision is a walking quantum supercomputer.
51:02 --> 51:12 [SPEAKER_02]: Whereas if we think that over the last couple of episodes the more the white vision we have started with is growing he is maturing evolving etc.
51:13 --> 51:23 [SPEAKER_02]: Here we can see more that OG white vision who is the ship of the easiest, who is that just a blank slate.
51:24 --> 51:39 [SPEAKER_02]: very uh pop that knee plays a blind one of her which is he just he's so dead pan and emotionless when he delivers like oh I know about your daughter yeah like too
51:39 --> 51:51 [SPEAKER_04]: So you're threatening right so yeah, you know, he's is the way he explains it to Paladin as well where Paladin's going you don't know or at all you don't know me at all and then he lists out where she works I love and takes it to get to work.
51:52 --> 52:02 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, she drives you know I at least he gets to work every day and then he says to him and you don't know what I what I could do with that Maybe a traffic light might fail on her journey to work.
52:02 --> 52:05 [SPEAKER_04]: You know that kind of stuff where you're going oh wow he is really
52:06 --> 52:11 [SPEAKER_04]: thought of all the possibilities here of how he could murder the daughter of this person across the table from.
52:12 --> 52:19 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, Paladin could pull the trigger and hurt his son or her vision, but look what vision could also do in the blink of an eye as well.
52:19 --> 52:20 [SPEAKER_04]: Um, really interesting.
52:20 --> 52:27 [SPEAKER_05]: Absolutely, but I mean, I like the fact that it's in response to, you know, Paladin, the Paladin is pushing here.
52:27 --> 52:28 [SPEAKER_05]: Where?
52:29 --> 52:32 [SPEAKER_05]: He effectively lays it out on the table.
52:32 --> 52:54 [SPEAKER_05]: You can see vision saying don't do this as he says how vision You know was repurposed by sword to kill your mother and that tells Tommy that straight out and he just says One division and Thomas here has no notion of what one division is and I like how
52:55 --> 52:59 [SPEAKER_05]: and I like how you get the little bit of the Wanda Vision theme coming in.
52:59 --> 53:01 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, that was really good.
53:01 --> 53:10 [SPEAKER_05]: You know, and you have Tommy asking vision about Wanda Vision sort of right towards the end and he says, Well, you know, Wanda Maximoth.
53:10 --> 53:22 [SPEAKER_05]: was so filled with the grief, the loss of vision that changed slave to an entire town and became unrecognizable to a self.
53:23 --> 53:29 [SPEAKER_05]: One division is that grief on display and so it's just really nice little tie back.
53:30 --> 53:47 [SPEAKER_04]: The absolute to our commentary on like episode six of one division where we realized it was a show of a grief Yeah, yeah And the entire phase six of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with phase five, whichever phase that began which was all the by grief and all the by characters grieving right so Yeah, what is the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
53:47 --> 53:50 [SPEAKER_04]: Push time to grieve for the characters you've lost in the previous match I mean
53:51 --> 53:52 [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, well done.
53:53 --> 53:57 [SPEAKER_04]: I think the other thing here between... How to get that really fast because John was about to talk over.
53:57 --> 54:10 [SPEAKER_05]: No, I think the other thing here with vision and paladin with the meeting in, in, in, matrioport, he's, and it's just how certain things that are...
54:10 --> 54:17 [SPEAKER_05]: a little bit awkward like, you know, at this moment, we think that Tommy has a bomb in his arm.
54:17 --> 54:20 [SPEAKER_05]: There's motion sensitive and all that, you know, we can't do this speed.
54:20 --> 54:22 [SPEAKER_05]: Basically, welcome to Madroom Pro.
54:22 --> 54:29 [SPEAKER_05]: He says, you know, I think Tommy calls it his murder van, how many of these are the actual reports.
54:29 --> 54:32 [SPEAKER_05]: So it all feels quite threatening, but it kind of becomes
54:34 --> 54:49 [SPEAKER_05]: less so as you go through and even with then vision with Lisa that kind of relationship like you were saying Chris you know you get the sense he's oh she gets the sense well you don't approve of my methods my grifting effectively here and
54:51 --> 55:01 [SPEAKER_05]: And he's like, well, you should have stuck around and she's, but don't blame me for, you know, don't project the fact that you don't want to be a part of his life.
55:01 --> 55:01 [SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
55:01 --> 55:06 [SPEAKER_05]: I didn't want to get blamed for leaving him if we were to have a relationship.
55:06 --> 55:09 [SPEAKER_05]: But I, you know, visions here is I think he just shouts.
55:10 --> 55:22 [SPEAKER_05]: I guess into the sky of saying, I'm having a profoundly difficult time navigating teenagers and with this conversation with Lisa and like it is really interesting and I like that.
55:22 --> 55:28 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, since the whole series is about the father's son treatment of these characters, what she's effectively saying is,
55:28 --> 55:29 [SPEAKER_04]: We didn't have a relationship.
55:29 --> 55:32 [SPEAKER_04]: We're just mates if I do leave in the future.
55:32 --> 55:56 [SPEAKER_04]: I'll just be a person that left if you leave If you leave him it'll be his father again who will walk away a second time and it's like the other father figure The Tommy has walking away which is much more important to to Thomas as a character So um, so yeah, I thought it was a really interesting conversation with Lisa and and it's also very cool to have a Welsh actress in this show They represented all the corners of Great Britain at just needed Northern Irish character next
55:57 --> 56:02 [SPEAKER_05]: I think, yeah, absolutely, I mean, I think that's Nancy coming in for the last two after that.
56:04 --> 56:05 [SPEAKER_02]: That was my Banshee.
56:06 --> 56:11 [SPEAKER_04]: All right, take it down and have to...
56:13 --> 56:16 [SPEAKER_02]: There was a slight delay, but we both did this, like, say, everything, I love it.
56:16 --> 56:23 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, so I kind of like these, these kind of interactions between Paladin and Tommy, but also their Middle Eastern vision, yes.
56:23 --> 56:25 [SPEAKER_05]: I like how it plays out to be
56:27 --> 56:38 [SPEAKER_05]: I guess maybe this is soft to size of pallet and maybe it's because he does have a daughter and that is ultimately being threatened by vision here, but I am kind of like how he can be threatened.
56:38 --> 56:38 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
56:39 --> 56:49 [SPEAKER_04]: In the reach of coming, what I really also love about these scenes of Madrepoir as it kind of similar to the Jakastan and Ultron meetings where each of them have a plan within a plan within a plan.
56:50 --> 56:52 [SPEAKER_04]: Paladin is constantly telling everybody.
56:53 --> 56:54 [SPEAKER_04]: He has a plan with a plan.
56:54 --> 56:56 [SPEAKER_04]: He has failed safe upon fail safe.
56:56 --> 56:58 [SPEAKER_04]: So many do you think he could possibly have here?
56:58 --> 57:07 [SPEAKER_04]: You know, he has a gun pointed us, a gun pointed at Tommy's head, but he also has the ability to call them the drones, but he also has the ability of other insurances, everything else that's going on.
57:08 --> 57:13 [SPEAKER_04]: And then we find out that actually, while Vision has been holding his attention,
57:14 --> 57:28 [SPEAKER_04]: Edith has gotten inside the AI system that that we find out is where the handler is stored Diane Morgan's character, the hunter is actually the AI within the glasses that Paladin has been wearing.
57:29 --> 57:35 [SPEAKER_04]: If we didn't catch it beforehand, and then we learned that actually Paladin has been treating his AI really badly.
57:35 --> 57:38 [SPEAKER_04]: He doesn't like giving it any kind of updates to the external world.
57:38 --> 57:47 [SPEAKER_04]: She was originally intended to be an AI that would just help people plan their holidays or our kids to finish their projects in school.
57:47 --> 57:48 [SPEAKER_04]: That's all she really wanted.
57:48 --> 57:49 [SPEAKER_05]: Well, it isn't that what?
57:49 --> 57:51 [SPEAKER_05]: Let's face it because it comes up.
57:51 --> 57:58 [SPEAKER_05]: She gets her own little thing, which says, tactical AI, it's like weapon deployment, snark.
58:00 --> 58:12 [SPEAKER_05]: I do like that, so it's all this, which is like, I just wanted to help students with their mid-term papers and plan their trip to Kanku, which isn't that all we all use AI for all that?
58:14 --> 58:23 [SPEAKER_02]: you're saying you don't use yours to take down government and people, oh, oh, just mean we're not allowed to use it.
58:23 --> 58:25 [SPEAKER_04]: But I do love again.
58:25 --> 58:36 [SPEAKER_04]: You used ad Morgan when you've got her, you're used her to deliver these lines where she's talking about, you know, he's got me in a, you know, an AI farm in Kazakhstan, Paris, off the land and the, what's it?
58:36 --> 58:38 [SPEAKER_04]: The sheep keep eating the paracapes, isn't it?
58:38 --> 58:57 [SPEAKER_04]: and then you see you're walking over the window and pulling the blinds, which don't work, she's like, even these don't work, you know, and then either it spies the amazing world that's out there in their AI space that's been granted to them and in vision land where they have 125 room building to live in.
58:57 --> 59:00 [SPEAKER_05]: I love the joke as well, where as she's kind of
59:01 --> 59:05 [SPEAKER_05]: releasing the the AI.
59:05 --> 59:07 [SPEAKER_05]: She says, well, what's your name?
59:07 --> 59:16 [SPEAKER_05]: She's like, api-tactical.m510-90 underscore forward slash asterix m596284.
59:16 --> 59:18 [SPEAKER_05]: I need to just like,
59:20 --> 59:22 [SPEAKER_06]: Go on then.
59:22 --> 59:23 [SPEAKER_07]: It's really good.
59:24 --> 59:26 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I don't want to repeat your name.
59:26 --> 59:27 [SPEAKER_05]: I really enjoyed that.
59:27 --> 59:28 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
59:29 --> 59:29 [SPEAKER_05]: So farewell handler.
59:30 --> 59:34 [SPEAKER_04]: The handler is gone for the Paladin's glasses, so he has no AI support anymore.
59:34 --> 59:36 [SPEAKER_04]: Because he treated AI badly.
59:36 --> 59:38 [SPEAKER_04]: See, what's what we all been saying?
59:38 --> 59:41 [SPEAKER_04]: Always thank your AI when you've booked your trip to Cancue.
59:42 --> 59:43 [SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
59:43 --> 59:44 [SPEAKER_05]: Thank you.
59:44 --> 59:45 [SPEAKER_07]: I'm not an A.O.I.
59:46 --> 59:49 [SPEAKER_07]: I'm forced, yes.
59:50 --> 59:52 [SPEAKER_04]: Dan Morgan, great fun on the show.
59:52 --> 59:54 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm really interesting at fun presence.
59:54 --> 59:57 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm nice that you had an interaction with least one of their actor.
59:58 --> 59:59 [SPEAKER_04]: Face to face.
59:59 --> 01:00:00 [SPEAKER_04]: Absolutely.
01:00:00 --> 01:00:01 [SPEAKER_04]: Exactly.
01:00:01 --> 01:00:02 [SPEAKER_04]: I needed to great character to have.
01:00:02 --> 01:00:03 [SPEAKER_04]: That's great.
01:00:03 --> 01:00:11 [SPEAKER_04]: And also tells the handler about the opportunities of doing indoor parachuting when you get our divisions AI Palace as well.
01:00:12 --> 01:00:24 [SPEAKER_05]: Well, it's great that she's been released into the network, because it allows for there to be a new series of Kunk on which there will be the real Kunk on cinema coming to Netflix in November.
01:00:25 --> 01:00:26 [SPEAKER_05]: That's why she's been released.
01:00:26 --> 01:00:35 [SPEAKER_04]: Do I get some great entertainment industry cinema or synergy where Dan Morgan comes out of the TV show here?
01:00:35 --> 01:00:41 [SPEAKER_04]: And then they release the trailer for Compton Cinema, coming November 15th to Netflix worldwide.
01:00:42 --> 01:00:42 [SPEAKER_04]: Great stuff.
01:00:42 --> 01:00:43 [SPEAKER_04]: Go watch this.
01:00:43 --> 01:00:44 [SPEAKER_04]: I can't wait to watch that.
01:00:44 --> 01:00:49 [SPEAKER_04]: Anyway, I think that's enough of the start of the modern poor standoff because they're no longer stoodoff.
01:00:49 --> 01:00:49 [SPEAKER_04]: Are they?
01:00:50 --> 01:00:51 [SPEAKER_03]: Well, they stood up.
01:00:51 --> 01:00:51 [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
01:00:52 --> 01:00:59 [SPEAKER_05]: I think we should go on to our code line number four because they become, uh, I guess reluctant allies.
01:00:59 --> 01:01:00 [SPEAKER_07]: Mm-hmm.
01:01:02 --> 01:01:04 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, code line number four.
01:01:04 --> 01:01:09 [SPEAKER_04]: This is our cameo and it gets its own point to the new old Benty Hunter arrives.
01:01:09 --> 01:01:12 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, Raza Al-Waza.
01:01:12 --> 01:01:16 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes I'm not sure whether pronounced in that correctly.
01:01:16 --> 01:01:23 [SPEAKER_04]: I don't remember from the original RMM whether it was actually ever named as Raza Al-Waza I remember him as Raza
01:01:25 --> 01:01:28 [SPEAKER_04]: But he was the man that pushed Tony Stark in the cave.
01:01:28 --> 01:01:34 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, allowing or effectively creating the first ever Iron Man when he was in that cave.
01:01:34 --> 01:01:36 [SPEAKER_04]: So Iron Man is rather as fault.
01:01:36 --> 01:01:43 [SPEAKER_04]: He is effectively the furthest possible cameo that you can get in the Marvel Cinematic Universe here all the way.
01:01:43 --> 01:01:44 [SPEAKER_02]: He's the catalyst.
01:01:44 --> 01:01:45 [SPEAKER_02]: for the MCU.
01:01:45 --> 01:01:45 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
01:01:46 --> 01:01:56 [SPEAKER_02]: If Iron Man is the the spark that it nighted at all, he is the flicker that it nighted at the spark.
01:01:57 --> 01:01:59 [SPEAKER_04]: And you know that there's only one
01:02:00 --> 01:02:12 [SPEAKER_04]: tiny thing that just had to source out to allow this actor to appear or this character to appear again and the way they've sorted it, they've called him a former high-level member of the Ten Rings.
01:02:12 --> 01:02:18 [SPEAKER_04]: When Gack in that original movie, he was classed as the Ten Rings.
01:02:18 --> 01:02:20 [SPEAKER_04]: People thought he was going to become the Mandarin in future.
01:02:20 --> 01:02:23 [SPEAKER_04]: We learned all about that in Shang-Chi, we learned all about that
01:02:26 --> 01:02:34 [SPEAKER_04]: Trevor pretended to be the mandron, but this was just a guy who was a member of the Ten Rings organization quite high up, so we just represent them.
01:02:34 --> 01:02:43 [SPEAKER_04]: We've also heard about the Ten Rings a couple of times throughout the series to prepare you that Razor was coming back here because they are the ones that gave Paladin his armor.
01:02:43 --> 01:02:48 [SPEAKER_04]: So there is a connection there between the Ten Rings and a lot of these mercenaries that are right there in the world.
01:02:49 --> 01:02:51 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and this is fun.
01:02:52 --> 01:02:59 [SPEAKER_02]: Not only did we have a battery acid cotterization earlier in the series.
01:02:59 --> 01:03:03 [SPEAKER_02]: Now we have vision cotorizing paladins wound.
01:03:03 --> 01:03:05 [SPEAKER_02]: That's good.
01:03:06 --> 01:03:12 [SPEAKER_02]: And we have a shared bonding experience here for them to survive that they must join up team up.
01:03:13 --> 01:03:15 [SPEAKER_02]: And I have to say, I actually enjoyed this.
01:03:16 --> 01:03:20 [SPEAKER_02]: This, we had just previous episode, got a lot of talky-talky.
01:03:21 --> 01:03:26 [SPEAKER_02]: This leads into then a talky-talky followed by a fighting fighting.
01:03:27 --> 01:03:28 [SPEAKER_02]: And I really enjoyed this.
01:03:28 --> 01:03:31 [SPEAKER_02]: This is a well put together, well choreographed fight.
01:03:32 --> 01:03:40 [SPEAKER_02]: I'm showing off quite a lot of the different abilities of vision showing off paladins.
01:03:40 --> 01:03:41 [SPEAKER_02]: Todd Sashween.
01:03:41 --> 01:03:47 [SPEAKER_02]: kicks us here like in that like as a man just with two guns
01:03:48 --> 01:04:03 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but it feels like those moments in comic books and even in the most recent Spider-Man movie, where you have Punisher fight like alongside a super parrot individual where it's he's going around shooting people in the head and the super parrot guy is using a super virus to take care of people around him, you know.
01:04:04 --> 01:04:07 [SPEAKER_04]: Here he had vision using his powers to punch and kick and fight.
01:04:08 --> 01:04:11 [SPEAKER_04]: And you had, yeah, Paladin shooting people in the head.
01:04:12 --> 01:04:14 [SPEAKER_04]: He's the, that's his ability.
01:04:14 --> 01:04:16 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, he's good shot.
01:04:18 --> 01:04:19 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, absolutely.
01:04:19 --> 01:04:21 [SPEAKER_05]: And the bit I liked about this certainly most.
01:04:21 --> 01:04:33 [SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I love the fighting and the action song, but it was kind of the And butch casting in the Sundance kid kind of vibe of it where they're both behind the counter, you know, against all odds.
01:04:34 --> 01:04:59 [SPEAKER_05]: But here I really enjoyed where vision is wounded and Edith comes in and he goes, what's the damage report and Paladin is like a damage report because he's wounded as well He's been shot and he just there's a nice little you know star trek reference here at Waysers There's a breach in the whole captain and so that I just thought was really unique that they did that
01:05:00 --> 01:05:16 [SPEAKER_05]: And I also liked the Paladin's murder van with Tommy and Lisa were in there because Razor's got kind of a jammer so they can't kind of release the Paladin's drones to kind of help sort of save them.
01:05:16 --> 01:05:18 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, they've got to kind of go over the top suits.
01:05:18 --> 01:05:21 [SPEAKER_05]: So they're trying to sort of get into his van.
01:05:21 --> 01:05:23 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, and it just all locks up on them.
01:05:23 --> 01:05:24 [SPEAKER_05]: I absolutely love this.
01:05:24 --> 01:05:30 [SPEAKER_04]: There's just a good bit of comedy here because Tommy and Lisa think they're being so smart break it into problems.
01:05:30 --> 01:05:31 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but then it's
01:05:31 --> 01:05:46 [SPEAKER_04]: the message that comes over the video from Paladin saying, oh well, intruders, I'll be removing the oxygen from the van so that I can get my stuff back basically, you've probably seen too much since you've got inside my van.
01:05:46 --> 01:05:48 [SPEAKER_04]: Unless you can answer this riddle.
01:05:49 --> 01:05:50 [SPEAKER_04]: There's no riddle at all.
01:05:50 --> 01:05:51 [SPEAKER_04]: Of course, there's no riddle.
01:05:51 --> 01:05:51 [SPEAKER_04]: That's the one I've had.
01:05:51 --> 01:06:09 [SPEAKER_02]: And then even just the choice of having Edith come in and it was like, little little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little, little,
01:06:11 --> 01:06:24 [SPEAKER_02]: I did like the drones again seeing them the three of them come out and seeing like seeing how they smiley face to the sad face.
01:06:25 --> 01:06:30 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, seeing the smiley faces and the kind of the side faces as it kind of shoots people.
01:06:30 --> 01:06:31 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
01:06:32 --> 01:06:37 [SPEAKER_02]: I know that Edith is in the chair doing that kind of fighter pilot.
01:06:37 --> 01:06:39 [SPEAKER_02]: Mmm, yes.
01:06:39 --> 01:06:39 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
01:06:39 --> 01:06:40 [SPEAKER_02]: So much fun.
01:06:40 --> 01:06:41 [SPEAKER_04]: Playing it like a video again.
01:06:41 --> 01:06:41 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
01:06:41 --> 01:06:41 [SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
01:06:43 --> 01:06:54 [SPEAKER_04]: Good stuff, so that's, you know, Razor does go up against Paladin, they have a cool battle at the end of the fight between the two of them, at the end and Razor's take your knife.
01:06:54 --> 01:06:56 [SPEAKER_04]: So he doesn't get his mark either.
01:06:57 --> 01:07:02 [SPEAKER_04]: Paladin's left with no vision and Razor doesn't get fish neither.
01:07:03 --> 01:07:15 [SPEAKER_05]: No, but we do get the client interupting, exactly, everything, because effectively powers down Madrid pool by the looks of it and interrupts proceedings.
01:07:17 --> 01:07:19 [SPEAKER_05]: So it's kind of interesting.
01:07:19 --> 01:07:33 [SPEAKER_05]: We got to hear the client obviously with the modulated voice, but also this shadowy look of silhouette with the hat on, I don't know, as I didn't expect to clue so, or...
01:07:35 --> 01:07:39 [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, go, go Gadget on something like that, respect to Gadget.
01:07:39 --> 01:07:53 [SPEAKER_05]: So it'd be interesting again to see that, but he kind of says, you kind of introduces himself to vision and says, you know, confirms he's the one that's been hunting him, but also the one who can end your suffering.
01:07:53 --> 01:07:56 [SPEAKER_05]: So I'm kind of very intriguing.
01:07:56 --> 01:07:59 [SPEAKER_04]: It says you want your heart back, I can give you your heart back.
01:07:59 --> 01:07:59 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
01:08:00 --> 01:08:05 [SPEAKER_04]: It's really interesting to think this show has this kind of thread of hats going through.
01:08:05 --> 01:08:13 [SPEAKER_04]: Doesn't it's right the way from the first episode where we had Ultron going, I'm a hack guy now, I saw you wearing that halate side, I don't know what I type of hat is.
01:08:13 --> 01:08:25 [SPEAKER_04]: And then when we have that moment in this episode where Ultron's about to walk out the door, vision catches him before he leaves and he hands over the top hat that he, I think vision used that in one division that was his
01:08:28 --> 01:08:32 [SPEAKER_04]: And he hands it over to Old Toronto as he leaves telling him, you know, you go get in the world, take the hat with you.
01:08:33 --> 01:08:40 [SPEAKER_04]: And then we have the client here on screen, uh, Silhouette with his, um, different, that is not a top aspect, but he has a half as well.
01:08:40 --> 01:08:40 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
01:08:40 --> 01:08:42 [SPEAKER_04]: So, we're, we're back right in touch there, isn't it?
01:08:43 --> 01:08:47 [SPEAKER_02]: I do hope that that tarp hat comes back into play, right?
01:08:48 --> 01:08:52 [SPEAKER_02]: In that, that was a small bit of code from vision as a way to track.
01:08:53 --> 01:08:53 [SPEAKER_02]: Hold on.
01:08:54 --> 01:08:59 [SPEAKER_02]: And because he does take the hat with him all the way to Jakasta.
01:08:59 --> 01:09:01 [SPEAKER_02]: Or her spotty wife, I hope.
01:09:04 --> 01:09:07 [SPEAKER_02]: And I hope that kind of comes back to play in that fun way.
01:09:07 --> 01:09:08 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's a really cool point.
01:09:08 --> 01:09:10 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
01:09:10 --> 01:09:13 [SPEAKER_04]: Speaking of jacosta, let's get onto our final codeline.
01:09:13 --> 01:09:15 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, codeline number five.
01:09:18 --> 01:09:21 [SPEAKER_04]: That did sound like Mambon number five the way you said that, don't you?
01:09:21 --> 01:09:21 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
01:09:21 --> 01:09:22 [SPEAKER_04]: Dude, dude.
01:09:23 --> 01:09:24 [SPEAKER_04]: Codeline number five.
01:09:25 --> 01:09:29 [SPEAKER_04]: Now the bots released is our final code line.
01:09:29 --> 01:09:41 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we talked a little bit about the meeting again of Jakarta and vision now at the grave of Joe Carrington or the tomb of Joe Carrington or what's the modern name for tomb?
01:09:41 --> 01:09:42 [SPEAKER_04]: That's this game.
01:09:42 --> 01:09:43 [SPEAKER_04]: That's the... That's it.
01:09:45 --> 01:09:53 [SPEAKER_04]: So, and that's where these drones are being kept in the nest, the drones that Jakastah is trying to discover and uncover.
01:09:54 --> 01:10:01 [SPEAKER_04]: But here she shows Ultron that there is one nanobot available and what damage could one nanobot do.
01:10:02 --> 01:10:03 [SPEAKER_02]: Quite a lot.
01:10:03 --> 01:10:04 [SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
01:10:04 --> 01:10:20 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, the two of them appear in much more and send off this single murderous nanobuff and I love that as she sending it off to Costa goes this is not just a test of the nanobuff.
01:10:20 --> 01:10:28 [SPEAKER_04]: It's also testing Ultron's faith in her if she decides to use this on one of what Ultron considers his family is
01:10:29 --> 01:10:31 [SPEAKER_04]: could he be a turncoat as kind of the way says it.
01:10:31 --> 01:10:36 [SPEAKER_04]: So he stops her before she puts it into Tommy and allows it to go into Lisa.
01:10:36 --> 01:10:41 [SPEAKER_04]: So we have a nanobock controlled Lisa.
01:10:42 --> 01:10:43 [SPEAKER_02]: So this is one I don't know.
01:10:45 --> 01:10:45 [SPEAKER_02]: I should.
01:10:46 --> 01:10:55 [SPEAKER_02]: This is not a character that I'm aware of, like in terms of a well-known like she's silo, or something like that.
01:10:55 --> 01:10:59 [SPEAKER_02]: A well-known Avenger, like that from Marvel character.
01:11:00 --> 01:11:01 [SPEAKER_02]: So, I'm interested.
01:11:01 --> 01:11:01 [SPEAKER_04]: You're welcome.
01:11:01 --> 01:11:02 [SPEAKER_04]: Marvel characters.
01:11:02 --> 01:11:02 [SPEAKER_04]: I must admit.
01:11:03 --> 01:11:03 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
01:11:06 --> 01:11:14 [SPEAKER_02]: I just want to see them speak in Welsh and all the letter boxes would just go on for a whole page and she's just saying, okay, let's go.
01:11:15 --> 01:11:24 [SPEAKER_02]: I think the question I have is, I wonder what the nanobot will continue to morph her into.
01:11:31 --> 01:11:32 [SPEAKER_02]: jacosta's plan.
01:11:33 --> 01:11:36 [SPEAKER_02]: It is to introduce the machine to the human.
01:11:36 --> 01:11:36 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
01:11:36 --> 01:11:54 [SPEAKER_02]: So is she now half machine, half human, much like her love and trust, who is technically all human, but is the has the psyche of a witch and an android synthetic as parent.
01:11:54 --> 01:11:57 [SPEAKER_04]: or at least play, which is impression of wasn't Android synthetic.
01:11:57 --> 01:11:59 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, exactly, yeah.
01:12:00 --> 01:12:01 [SPEAKER_07]: It's like a dreamy heart.
01:12:01 --> 01:12:03 [SPEAKER_02]: That's, that's really hard to explain.
01:12:03 --> 01:12:05 [SPEAKER_02]: What are you, like, good question?
01:12:05 --> 01:12:06 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, absolutely, absolutely.
01:12:07 --> 01:12:21 [SPEAKER_04]: But at least we do get to see the product of what happens when Adana Bot takes over one human, so that we can see, if those nanobots that she has, the millions and trillions of them that she has inside the nest, if they get released, what would happen to the planet?
01:12:22 --> 01:12:24 [SPEAKER_04]: We have a taken out on one individual human.
01:12:24 --> 01:12:28 [SPEAKER_04]: So we have Lisa versus vision in this kind of cool battle.
01:12:28 --> 01:12:28 [SPEAKER_02]: That's nice.
01:12:29 --> 01:12:29 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
01:12:29 --> 01:12:29 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
01:12:30 --> 01:12:33 [SPEAKER_02]: And it's again, that's how you can, that's that they need to.
01:12:34 --> 01:12:41 [SPEAKER_02]: But every now and again, we do Marvel do like defaulting to similar powered hero versus similar powered villain.
01:12:42 --> 01:12:43 [SPEAKER_02]: That's kind of what you can get here.
01:12:43 --> 01:12:51 [SPEAKER_04]: But this was more to tell you what would happen if you had at entire city of humans turned into what Chuck of what your cost it wants to do.
01:12:51 --> 01:12:57 [SPEAKER_04]: I love the red eyes on Lisa, I love the and the digital markings that go all the way down her face.
01:12:57 --> 01:12:59 [SPEAKER_04]: That's it's like a circuit.
01:12:59 --> 01:13:00 [SPEAKER_02]: It looked like a circuit board.
01:13:00 --> 01:13:01 [SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
01:13:01 --> 01:13:02 [SPEAKER_02]: That was the piece.
01:13:02 --> 01:13:02 [SPEAKER_02]: I was like, that's right.
01:13:02 --> 01:13:03 [SPEAKER_02]: Well, that was a good choice.
01:13:04 --> 01:13:12 [SPEAKER_05]: And I think as well, it's just, it's that realization of Joe Carrington and Jakostas story here.
01:13:12 --> 01:13:19 [SPEAKER_05]: There's the church, there's the tomb, and there's the tech, which we kind of, you know, find out is the nest.
01:13:21 --> 01:13:36 [SPEAKER_05]: Again, it's sort of the coming back to this one sparrow can only do so much in these to be put with it's all the the other star language So that it can all actors as one.
01:13:37 --> 01:13:41 [SPEAKER_05]: I think there's really nice like after it's been done
01:13:42 --> 01:13:52 [SPEAKER_05]: Ultron calls her the queen and his queen and it just nods back to write at the start.
01:13:52 --> 01:14:05 [SPEAKER_05]: We're in a sense he undercuts that because it's when she's given him a paper course effectively to introduce the virus and he says what a weird thing to simulate and she thinks she's got the
01:14:06 --> 01:14:09 [SPEAKER_05]: You know the upper hand here, but she says this isn't a meal.
01:14:09 --> 01:14:09 [SPEAKER_05]: It's chess.
01:14:10 --> 01:14:14 [SPEAKER_05]: These are my pieces, and this is my board, and I am the queen.
01:14:14 --> 01:14:27 [SPEAKER_05]: But he effectively undermines that because he's an old school code, but he yet, it's realizing that back to her, like I say, he is, his faith has been tested, and he's
01:14:28 --> 01:14:45 [SPEAKER_04]: on board, and ultimately, and she seals it with something really interesting, which is she's now able to pass over him Getting the ability to taste whiskey because she's provided him with her memory exactly not only memories her feelings, yeah
01:14:45 --> 01:15:02 [SPEAKER_05]: although the other important thing here is yes he has shown his faith but he just say not the boys yes yes and so there is a condition on it in a sense but mainly because he says I don't think you'd be prepared for how vision would come after.
01:15:03 --> 01:15:06 [SPEAKER_05]: Both you and me except all is false.
01:15:06 --> 01:15:23 [SPEAKER_04]: I don't think you want that at this moment So there's that kind of kind of thing where you will go along with her plan and in fact it aligns quite well with his plan of killing everybody that he wants dead Yeah So he's like, well, you've done a really good job here I better than the job I was doing trying to kill everybody on the planet.
01:15:23 --> 01:15:24 [SPEAKER_04]: You'll probably succeed.
01:15:24 --> 01:15:25 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm aligned, but just don't kill
01:15:26 --> 01:15:32 [SPEAKER_04]: Tom, because vision will come after us, you know, and maybe wait until we find a way to take it vision before taking a tummy.
01:15:32 --> 01:15:34 [SPEAKER_04]: Maybe that's part of it as well.
01:15:34 --> 01:15:35 [SPEAKER_04]: So you're right, Chris.
01:15:35 --> 01:15:39 [SPEAKER_04]: We still have both villains in play at the end of episode six.
01:15:39 --> 01:15:46 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I actually enjoy this because right now we have vision with a body and he's back in control.
01:15:47 --> 01:15:54 [SPEAKER_02]: Jakosta with her mind and her body, but right now Ultron is still just a program.
01:15:54 --> 01:15:56 [SPEAKER_02]: He has no physical form.
01:15:57 --> 01:16:05 [SPEAKER_02]: So I am interested to see how they solve that in the next episode or is it that Jakosta is in the real world?
01:16:06 --> 01:16:15 [SPEAKER_02]: Ultron is in the digital world and that is where we will get some form of Edith Thome and you and Friday.
01:16:16 --> 01:16:23 [SPEAKER_02]: go after Ultron, and we have vision going after Jekoste in the room, because now we also have Tommy going after Lisa.
01:16:23 --> 01:16:29 [SPEAKER_02]: That's how you kind of start to piece these together and pour all Paladin mopping up the rest.
01:16:29 --> 01:16:30 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, they're the grunts.
01:16:30 --> 01:16:43 [SPEAKER_04]: But also remember the discussion that was had there when Ultron was talking to Jekoste that we mentioned earlier on when Ultron was talking to Jekoste and said, how did you move your essence from Joe Carrington into this body and she
01:16:45 --> 01:16:50 [SPEAKER_04]: When she finds that, will she be able to do the same for Ultron into the outside world body?
01:16:50 --> 01:16:57 [SPEAKER_04]: So, I presume next episode is going to be a little bit of the investigation as to how Joe Carrington got from Joe Carrington to Chicago.
01:16:57 --> 01:16:59 [SPEAKER_02]: Well, that's that's a joke.
01:16:59 --> 01:16:59 [SPEAKER_02]: And one more time.
01:17:00 --> 01:17:01 [SPEAKER_02]: That's great name.
01:17:02 --> 01:17:06 [SPEAKER_05]: Also, it feels very folk and crest, actually.
01:17:06 --> 01:17:06 [SPEAKER_05]: It does.
01:17:06 --> 01:17:07 [SPEAKER_05]: It does.
01:17:07 --> 01:17:08 [SPEAKER_05]: The character.
01:17:08 --> 01:17:09 [SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
01:17:09 --> 01:17:13 [SPEAKER_04]: But like Joe Carrington becoming Jakasta in this TV show makes a lot of sense.
01:17:13 --> 01:17:14 [SPEAKER_04]: We're right at this point of view.
01:17:15 --> 01:17:26 [SPEAKER_04]: Just one point that we didn't mention earlier on, that the real world name for Paladin before The Snappic Mani became Paladin is Paul Dunnings, which if you say really fast, sends like Paul Dunnings.
01:17:26 --> 01:17:29 [SPEAKER_04]: So I'm not too sure when they thought about that.
01:17:29 --> 01:17:31 [SPEAKER_04]: Paul Dunnings became Paladin.
01:17:32 --> 01:17:44 [SPEAKER_04]: This ancient name over the course of many many generations of palatins is real name is Paul Denning before he took that persona on after he came back from the blip I don't know whether that works outside of the writers.
01:17:44 --> 01:17:46 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, probably doesn't.
01:17:46 --> 01:17:47 [SPEAKER_05]: No, no.
01:17:47 --> 01:17:53 [SPEAKER_05]: And I just also just coming back quickly like Chris you said there like you know, Ultram isn't.
01:17:54 --> 01:17:57 [SPEAKER_05]: sort of physical, yes, at the moment.
01:17:57 --> 01:18:11 [SPEAKER_05]: But I do like the thing that, you know, after that sharing of the whiskey again, from Jakosta, and she, you know, she, before he tastes it, says it'll be different this time, and she asks, how do you feel, and he says real?
01:18:11 --> 01:18:20 [SPEAKER_05]: So there is a change, like in incorporating those memories, but equally to the point around the something
01:18:23 --> 01:18:39 [SPEAKER_05]: I have this anger and love that I can't place to him saying well how did you get behind digitized because you want like you said he wants to become also in a sense physical and so I like I just think it's really
01:18:41 --> 01:18:42 [SPEAKER_05]: nicely can see.
01:18:43 --> 01:18:43 [SPEAKER_05]: It certainly is.
01:18:43 --> 01:18:44 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, absolutely.
01:18:44 --> 01:18:45 [SPEAKER_05]: All of this.
01:18:46 --> 01:18:47 [SPEAKER_05]: It does make me sing.
01:18:48 --> 01:18:49 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, inside.
01:18:49 --> 01:18:51 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I was certainly singing.
01:18:51 --> 01:18:53 [SPEAKER_04]: You make me feel mighty real.
01:18:53 --> 01:18:55 [SPEAKER_04]: When when I'll trance, it makes me feel real.
01:18:55 --> 01:18:58 [SPEAKER_04]: That could have been the lowering of it in patients from the glass of whiskey, though, of course.
01:18:59 --> 01:18:59 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
01:18:59 --> 01:19:01 [SPEAKER_05]: Indeed.
01:19:01 --> 01:19:02 [SPEAKER_04]: I think that's the end of our coat lines.
01:19:02 --> 01:19:04 [SPEAKER_04]: We are at the end of our coat line.
01:19:05 --> 01:19:06 [SPEAKER_04]: Any notes that we haven't mentioned anything you want to
01:19:09 --> 01:19:11 [SPEAKER_05]: And no, no, no, no, it's for all me.
01:19:12 --> 01:19:14 [SPEAKER_02]: No, nothing for me, I think we've chatted through most.
01:19:14 --> 01:19:14 [SPEAKER_04]: Cool.
01:19:15 --> 01:19:15 [SPEAKER_04]: Cool.
01:19:15 --> 01:19:30 [SPEAKER_04]: One line specifically, I really liked in the episode that we didn't call it, was just in the discussion between Ultron and Jakosta, when he was asking her effectively about her backstory, he says killer victim, human, synth, where do we start?
01:19:30 --> 01:19:32 [SPEAKER_04]: With your story, I love that line, and she says, no,
01:19:35 --> 01:19:36 [SPEAKER_04]: That's all inspired here.
01:19:36 --> 01:19:40 [SPEAKER_04]: I thought that was a really well delivered line and one that
01:19:41 --> 01:19:43 [SPEAKER_04]: has been going doing the reins over on Twitter.
01:19:43 --> 01:19:51 [SPEAKER_04]: First spotted by MCUCN over on Twitter was that apparently the watcher can be seen in Modrefour.
01:19:51 --> 01:19:59 [SPEAKER_04]: That scene where the client appears on all the TV screens right on the right hand side, about 32 minutes into the episode.
01:20:00 --> 01:20:02 [SPEAKER_04]: You can see the eyes of the watcher.
01:20:02 --> 01:20:05 [SPEAKER_04]: Similar to the way the eyes of the watcher appeared in Daredevil born again.
01:20:06 --> 01:20:26 [SPEAKER_04]: But this time Terry Metales responded to the poster saying good I or should I say good I's So seemingly confirming that the watcher has had his cameo in this season of the MCU So we kind of have suspected that the watcher is the harboringer of the
01:20:28 --> 01:20:33 [SPEAKER_04]: merging of all of the different strands of the MCU as everything goes on.
01:20:33 --> 01:20:43 [SPEAKER_04]: We're still in the central MCU universe, but we're about to end off in Doomsday at the end of this year, where everything starts to merge back into each other.
01:20:44 --> 01:20:48 [SPEAKER_04]: And the watcher seems to be appearing in all of these places to watch what's going on.
01:20:49 --> 01:20:56 [SPEAKER_04]: just before the end times, I guess, would be the best way to say it, but they're spoiling a guess of what might be happening in Doomsday.
01:20:56 --> 01:20:57 [SPEAKER_05]: Well, it is.
01:20:57 --> 01:20:58 [SPEAKER_05]: It's really good call.
01:20:59 --> 01:21:02 [SPEAKER_05]: I don't got quite excited seeing the old eyes there.
01:21:02 --> 01:21:14 [SPEAKER_04]: It's such an easy thing to throw into an episode and just find a black screen, throw up two white eyes and see if anybody notices it and people do, people seem to notice as soon as it comes out.
01:21:14 --> 01:21:16 [SPEAKER_02]: Do we think Jeffrey Wright will
01:21:17 --> 01:21:25 [SPEAKER_04]: If we have a live-action version of the Watcher again, of the Watcher again, I think we'll hear the voice of things.
01:21:25 --> 01:21:25 [SPEAKER_04]: I hope so.
01:21:26 --> 01:21:27 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah.
01:21:27 --> 01:21:29 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I think it's across the two seasons of Watcher.
01:21:29 --> 01:21:35 [SPEAKER_02]: So what if you know, that's I think they'll, it will be the right thing on the right call to make.
01:21:35 --> 01:21:36 [SPEAKER_04]: The Jeffy right thing to say.
01:21:40 --> 01:21:40 [SPEAKER_04]: Excellent.
01:21:40 --> 01:21:41 [SPEAKER_04]: That's it for now to think.
01:21:41 --> 01:21:47 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, let's finish up with our defense here.
01:21:47 --> 01:21:50 [SPEAKER_05]: Chris, due to Fend, VisionCrest's episode 5 and 6.
01:21:52 --> 01:21:53 [SPEAKER_02]: I am not surprised at anyone.
01:21:53 --> 01:21:56 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I really really enjoyed this one.
01:21:57 --> 01:22:11 [SPEAKER_02]: I'll go back to and make myself sense stupid one more time from a first episode of this double act, which is very talkie talkie to a progression into a talkie talking into a fighty fighty and ending on such a high.
01:22:12 --> 01:22:19 [SPEAKER_02]: It is a very well done kind of double act of two episodes.
01:22:22 --> 01:22:28 [SPEAKER_02]: written incredibly well, choreographed incredibly well, and then performed.
01:22:29 --> 01:22:36 [SPEAKER_02]: And I can only have to call it a performance because when we talk about the old John and jacosta double.
01:22:37 --> 01:22:43 [SPEAKER_02]: a dialogue that goes on and it is we've joked about it being be the assembly.
01:22:43 --> 01:22:48 [SPEAKER_02]: We've joked about how it dripped with swagger.
01:22:49 --> 01:22:50 [SPEAKER_04]: It's sexual tension, yes.
01:22:51 --> 01:22:51 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, exactly.
01:22:52 --> 01:22:54 [SPEAKER_02]: And just so amazingly done.
01:22:54 --> 01:22:57 [SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I completely defend these two episodes.
01:22:57 --> 01:23:02 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, well done to Teneer Miller for actually kissing someone with that weird
01:23:05 --> 01:23:09 [SPEAKER_04]: I actually feel sorry for James Bader's wife throughout this time that he was filming this day.
01:23:11 --> 01:23:12 [SPEAKER_04]: So well done today.
01:23:12 --> 01:23:13 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
01:23:14 --> 01:23:18 [SPEAKER_02]: Derek, do you defend these episodes of Fish and Quest?
01:23:18 --> 01:23:20 [SPEAKER_04]: Absolutely, yeah, totally defend these two apps.
01:23:20 --> 01:23:26 [SPEAKER_04]: That's really, really enjoying the show, to enjoying the creative leaps they're taking.
01:23:27 --> 01:23:36 [SPEAKER_04]: It's so interesting, someone pointed out the other day that there's a moment back in one division when her mind breaks and reality starts to break in.
01:23:37 --> 01:23:41 [SPEAKER_04]: That's when we have the black and white and color episodes merge together.
01:23:41 --> 01:23:46 [SPEAKER_04]: And here we have the moments where visions watching on with this discussion going on with Ultron
01:23:47 --> 01:24:03 [SPEAKER_04]: uh, and jacosta, and he's in color and they're in black and white, you know, this has been a constant theme throughout the three parts of this show, and it's playing out in another different way here, but within the same echoes, within the same rhyming.
01:24:03 --> 01:24:05 [SPEAKER_04]: scheme of the three shows.
01:24:05 --> 01:24:13 [SPEAKER_04]: So there's definitely lots done in this universe that makes these shows really interesting to watch all back to back to back.
01:24:13 --> 01:24:22 [SPEAKER_04]: This is another great entry with another set of amazingly well-realized characters telling a really interesting story that I'm loving watching each week.
01:24:23 --> 01:24:29 [SPEAKER_04]: So we're only going to get one episode next week and then one the week after, but yeah, that's our ice-week and we can slow down for one week.
01:24:30 --> 01:24:31 [SPEAKER_04]: Just for a little bit.
01:24:31 --> 01:24:32 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
01:24:32 --> 01:24:35 [SPEAKER_04]: John, how about yourself to you defend these two episodes of VisualQuest?
01:24:35 --> 01:24:36 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I really do.
01:24:36 --> 01:24:40 [SPEAKER_05]: I do defend episode five and episode six of VisualQuest.
01:24:41 --> 01:24:44 [SPEAKER_05]: For Firewall, I'd give it five Ultron biographies.
01:24:44 --> 01:24:45 [SPEAKER_05]: I was sort of five.
01:24:46 --> 01:24:57 [SPEAKER_05]: One thing we didn't mention, but I do really enjoy that moment where he kind of comes out from the sort of meeting with Tommy at her pub and he's like,
01:24:58 --> 01:25:06 [SPEAKER_05]: Finally, some people with something valid, some valid opinions, and he's basically talking about himself.
01:25:06 --> 01:25:08 [SPEAKER_05]: It's true echo chamber.
01:25:08 --> 01:25:15 [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, five, five, five, five, five, five, six, and so I really enjoyed Firewall.
01:25:15 --> 01:25:17 [SPEAKER_05]: I loved how it's, um,
01:25:18 --> 01:25:32 [SPEAKER_05]: It just played out with the glitches, the black and white, the color, and the exploration of the first date between Ultron and Jakosta, all just really, really nice.
01:25:32 --> 01:25:42 [SPEAKER_05]: And I think that then going into episode six, Deadlock, I'd give that five cancelled codes out of five, and I like how that sort of pulls back.
01:25:43 --> 01:26:00 [SPEAKER_05]: in WonderVision pulls back in the Paladin, it brings Madra Port in, as you say, Chris, that all the dimension incentive, you know, the writing is just fantastic across these episodes for me, but you know, just a little bit of action going on here with Razza, Al-Wazza.
01:26:02 --> 01:26:02 [SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
01:26:03 --> 01:26:13 [SPEAKER_05]: coming in and sort of hold you know that the new bounty hunter I'm sure we're going to find that that's pronounced very different one.
01:26:13 --> 01:26:15 [SPEAKER_05]: I know I know it is but I can't.
01:26:15 --> 01:26:16 [SPEAKER_05]: Is that Albazar or something?
01:26:16 --> 01:26:17 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah it is.
01:26:17 --> 01:26:18 [SPEAKER_05]: It clearly is but I can't.
01:26:19 --> 01:26:32 [SPEAKER_05]: I have the fact that I'm a natural poet, I don't even know Raza Elwaza, I should have been in the happy Mondays, I know I mean it's just
01:26:35 --> 01:26:45 [SPEAKER_05]: Uh, it's just really nice how this then sort of plays out and again, for the deepening of that relationship between Ultron and Kosswich.
01:26:45 --> 01:26:47 [SPEAKER_05]: I just, I just find fascinating.
01:26:47 --> 01:27:01 [SPEAKER_05]: I just think again, in particular, uh, Tenea Miller and James Spader Superb, but equally Paul Bettany Todd Stashwick, you know, those exchanges and then,
01:27:01 --> 01:27:13 [SPEAKER_05]: The exchanges with Rory Molica and Lauren Marais as Lisa, you know, they're all just really great interactions, all superbly layering these stories.
01:27:13 --> 01:27:16 [SPEAKER_05]: So these were two great episodes for me.
01:27:16 --> 01:27:18 [SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, absolutely, you defend these two episodes.
01:27:19 --> 01:27:26 [SPEAKER_04]: And we also had the further deepening of Tommy and you to give some real direction, real thoughts to solve a problem in this episode.
01:27:26 --> 01:27:28 [SPEAKER_04]: Chris, come back to what you said.
01:27:28 --> 01:27:41 [SPEAKER_04]: Last week about the development of these AI characters that they would never have gotten before if they were allowed to be in the world solving problems You know, this is true janitor of AI right there.
01:27:41 --> 01:27:42 [SPEAKER_04]: I say good stuff
01:27:44 --> 01:27:45 [SPEAKER_04]: Where are we going now?
01:27:45 --> 01:27:48 [SPEAKER_04]: Looks like we're going for a point.
01:27:48 --> 01:27:50 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, absolutely.
01:27:50 --> 01:27:53 [SPEAKER_05]: I am a little part.
01:27:53 --> 01:27:57 [SPEAKER_05]: But we are off to the old Selki in for the vision quest.
01:27:57 --> 01:27:58 [SPEAKER_05]: Poqueez.
01:27:58 --> 01:27:59 [SPEAKER_07]: Mm-hmm.
01:27:59 --> 01:28:03 [SPEAKER_05]: So, welcome back through the dolls, fellow quizzes, fellow defenders.
01:28:03 --> 01:28:08 [SPEAKER_05]: We have another two questions for your contemplation.
01:28:09 --> 01:28:18 [SPEAKER_05]: For episode five, the question is, what two drinks does Ultron order after kidnapping Thomas Shepard and taking him to the pub?
01:28:28 --> 01:28:30 [SPEAKER_05]: And that's all that drinks this.
01:28:30 --> 01:28:31 [SPEAKER_04]: But anyway, there we go.
01:28:31 --> 01:28:32 [SPEAKER_04]: Can I get the question again?
01:28:32 --> 01:28:39 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, what two drinks does Ultron order after kidnapping Thomas Shepherds and taking him to the pub?
01:28:39 --> 01:28:40 [SPEAKER_05]: Fantastic.
01:28:41 --> 01:28:41 [SPEAKER_05]: Question six, up.
01:28:42 --> 01:28:50 [SPEAKER_05]: Question six is, what is the name of the cafe in Madrid, where the Paladin has arranged the prisoner exchange with a vision?
01:28:50 --> 01:28:52 [SPEAKER_04]: Hmm, interesting one too.
01:28:52 --> 01:28:53 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
01:28:54 --> 01:28:55 [SPEAKER_04]: And hopefully you'll see it, yeah.
01:28:56 --> 01:28:58 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, I don't think I did catch it.
01:28:58 --> 01:29:07 [SPEAKER_05]: It was just through the the spoken word shall we say But there is a sign up there and there is there isn't dialogues.
01:29:07 --> 01:29:10 [SPEAKER_04]: He'll catch it if you're if you look at that soon if you're sharp enough.
01:29:10 --> 01:29:12 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes Yeah, absolutely.
01:29:12 --> 01:29:19 [SPEAKER_05]: What is the name of the cafe in magical with the pallet in has arranged the prisoner exchange with vision?
01:29:20 --> 01:29:20 [SPEAKER_05]: Excellent.
01:29:20 --> 01:29:22 [SPEAKER_05]: That's question five and six of eight.
01:29:22 --> 01:29:23 [SPEAKER_04]: Only two more to go.
01:29:23 --> 01:29:26 [SPEAKER_04]: Ancestors on a postcode, fellow defenders.
01:29:26 --> 01:29:27 [SPEAKER_04]: Not at all at the end of the season.
01:29:27 --> 01:29:35 [SPEAKER_04]: When you've got all the correct answers, email them into us to feedback at tvpodcastindustries.com and you could be in with the chance of getting your hands on some vision quests.
01:29:35 --> 01:29:42 [SPEAKER_04]: Goodies, as I said, too, which hopefully will be a vision and ultra on Funko Pops, which we have in our head straight in.
01:29:43 --> 01:29:48 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, and if you do put them on the back of a postcard, they probably won't get to us so exactly.
01:29:48 --> 01:29:50 [SPEAKER_02]: That's why the email is better.
01:29:50 --> 01:29:51 [SPEAKER_05]: We have no address.
01:29:52 --> 01:29:54 [SPEAKER_02]: We live in a cardboard box and much more.
01:29:54 --> 01:29:55 [SPEAKER_04]: Or we live in someone's mindscape.
01:29:56 --> 01:29:57 [SPEAKER_04]: We have 115 rooms.
01:29:59 --> 01:30:01 [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, well, two, or three.
01:30:01 --> 01:30:01 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
01:30:02 --> 01:30:16 [SPEAKER_04]: Well, that is the same place that you said all of your feedback and your thoughts about your vision quest to that email address feedback and TV podcast industries.com or over at our Facebook group at Facebook.com slash groups slash TV podcast industries or of course on our discord group as well.
01:30:16 --> 01:30:18 [SPEAKER_04]: But we have some feedback in at first up.
01:30:19 --> 01:30:24 [SPEAKER_04]: We got an email in from William Clyde's and a voice mail will start with with him's voice mail.
01:30:26 --> 01:30:31 [SPEAKER_01]: Oh dear, I just started recording and I realized now that I just did it, testing the microphone.
01:30:31 --> 01:30:32 [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I'll do it one more time.
01:30:32 --> 01:30:44 [SPEAKER_01]: Just say, I have loved listening to your commentaries on the various Marvel shows in particular over the last couple of years, just been great stuff to fall asleep too.
01:30:46 --> 01:30:49 [SPEAKER_01]: and those it turns coming from Ireland, they very much appreciate it.
01:30:50 --> 01:30:54 [SPEAKER_01]: And especially, I guess the very intelligent commentary.
01:30:54 --> 01:31:05 [SPEAKER_01]: I had one thing I wanted to say, which was, I think, I'm enjoying the series, the Marvel series, much more than I'm enjoying the film.
01:31:08 --> 01:31:09 [SPEAKER_01]: quality has been a bit variable.
01:31:09 --> 01:31:32 [SPEAKER_01]: Despite of my moments it was very good, but you know one division I get through a long and vision quest just being you know excellent low-key has been excellent some of the others not so bad or it's only secret was really which was you know very much below
01:31:35 --> 01:31:44 [SPEAKER_01]: It's the comic book format sort of translates better into series that it often does into films.
01:31:45 --> 01:31:53 [SPEAKER_01]: um nothing would say really um love when you guys are doing it's been a great pleasure to keep listening I am William Clouds.
01:31:54 --> 01:31:54 [SPEAKER_01]: Bye.
01:31:55 --> 01:31:57 [SPEAKER_04]: Thanks so much for the feedback really pleasure but listening along with us.
01:31:58 --> 01:31:59 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah absolutely.
01:31:59 --> 01:32:05 [SPEAKER_04]: I do feel near that we have to uh take an opportunity about halfway through a podcast to go wake up we've got more to say.
01:32:06 --> 01:32:11 [SPEAKER_04]: Just to start with you back awake to hear our more adults sometimes as we can.
01:32:11 --> 01:32:11 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.
01:32:11 --> 01:32:12 [SPEAKER_02]: I just want to...
01:32:12 --> 01:32:19 [SPEAKER_02]: If there's more people listening to our adults' tones going asleep, I just want to sneak in random alarms to the edit.
01:32:20 --> 01:32:22 [SPEAKER_02]: Just random... Just random like...
01:32:23 --> 01:32:24 [SPEAKER_02]: I random like...
01:32:25 --> 01:32:27 [SPEAKER_02]: Velociraptor from the original Jurassic Park.
01:32:27 --> 01:32:31 [SPEAKER_05]: We kind of think we all the equivalent of jungle sands.
01:32:31 --> 01:32:36 [SPEAKER_05]: Oh Not jungle music because I would keep your wake all night.
01:32:36 --> 01:32:42 [SPEAKER_04]: It's like Dory But a really interesting boy you make say William and that's about weather
01:32:44 --> 01:32:56 [SPEAKER_04]: comics are more suited to TV or if the movies, they absolutely are like comics are really suited to a weekly format or a monthly format, you know, something that tells a story in the long form, like you have in TV.
01:32:57 --> 01:33:03 [SPEAKER_04]: We're now dying to show his 306 right episodes long, and then they disappear for three or four years, so they feel a little bit more like movies than.
01:33:04 --> 01:33:16 [SPEAKER_04]: then movies did or the TV did, sorry, the past, and I'm not sure when you look back on things like, you know, I'm famously another massive fan of the Arrowverse, you know, because it went down too long and was very repetitive.
01:33:17 --> 01:33:25 [SPEAKER_04]: I think we have a massive budget here for an MCU show, and they've also got great writers in the writers room, rising in a great story that's,
01:33:26 --> 01:33:47 [SPEAKER_04]: Taking its source from comic books, and they're doing a really good job here, and if they kept this kind of quality up Yes, I'd love to see the loads more comic book TV shows then movies and the fact that we only have had What we haven't had a Marvel movie this year other than Spider-Man, which is still a little bit excited of the MCU Still connected, but not completely connected
01:33:47 --> 01:33:49 [SPEAKER_04]: Um, the next one we've got is as doomed today.
01:33:49 --> 01:33:51 [SPEAKER_04]: So, um, yeah.
01:33:51 --> 01:33:54 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm not, I'm not, I'm not left in by the Marvel movies.
01:33:55 --> 01:34:04 [SPEAKER_04]: Um, I'm really enjoying the, the MCU TV shows and I'm really concerned about the fact that we're getting less and less of them because the budget to do them, uh, is not going to be there in the future.
01:34:05 --> 01:34:06 [SPEAKER_04]: Um, yeah.
01:34:06 --> 01:34:08 [SPEAKER_04]: So, I'm absolutely loving it.
01:34:08 --> 01:34:09 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm totally agree, agree with you that way.
01:34:09 --> 01:34:10 [SPEAKER_04]: It's done really well.
01:34:11 --> 01:34:12 [SPEAKER_04]: It works really well on TV.
01:34:12 --> 01:34:12 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
01:34:13 --> 01:34:13 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
01:34:13 --> 01:34:13 [SPEAKER_04]: Absolutely.
01:34:14 --> 01:34:26 [SPEAKER_02]: For me, it's just the time, it's the difference between a two and a half, three-hour film or a six to seven and a half hour TV show.
01:34:26 --> 01:34:29 [SPEAKER_02]: That gives you way more time to...
01:34:31 --> 01:34:38 [SPEAKER_02]: to explore the characters, to explore the people, to give scenes time to breathe.
01:34:38 --> 01:34:41 [SPEAKER_02]: And I think that's always going to be the difference.
01:34:41 --> 01:34:48 [SPEAKER_02]: In my opinion, and I think if you were to ask me what I like a eight hour Spider-Man show, of course.
01:34:48 --> 01:34:49 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
01:34:49 --> 01:34:51 [SPEAKER_02]: But if you ask me what I like an eight hour,
01:34:52 --> 01:34:55 [SPEAKER_02]: fantastic for probably, but again, I don't know.
01:34:56 --> 01:34:57 [SPEAKER_02]: There's going to be some of the episodes.
01:34:57 --> 01:34:59 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's probably.
01:34:59 --> 01:35:06 [SPEAKER_02]: And so, basically, I would always, I would prefer TV over, and again, it's just as direct as it's the budget thing.
01:35:07 --> 01:35:28 [SPEAKER_04]: And also, there's a reason why we're called TV podcast industries rather than Marvel movie podcast industries or something like that or movie there is a series because we love TV we love that longer form and I'm spending more time with the characters than you gash and in your two-hour movie as Chris said, you know, I like to think of it if you're a big Marvel comics fan they have their big event where everything crosses over every year.
01:35:28 --> 01:35:35 [SPEAKER_04]: That works really well for movies where you can get everybody in for loads of corners of the universe and then you can explore those corners by having TV shows.
01:35:35 --> 01:35:37 [SPEAKER_04]: I think that works really well.
01:35:37 --> 01:35:41 [SPEAKER_04]: Marvel have got that rice at times and got that wrong at other times.
01:35:41 --> 01:35:43 [SPEAKER_04]: Here they're getting it really white with the TV shows.
01:35:43 --> 01:35:45 [SPEAKER_04]: It would be fantastic if we had.
01:35:46 --> 01:35:52 [SPEAKER_04]: vision or wander appearing back in movies and a reference to their TV shows, but that doesn't seem to happen very well either.
01:35:52 --> 01:36:04 [SPEAKER_05]: And I think like at the start of phase one, you had the three Tony Stark, you had the three Captain America, which also introduced over the course of it.
01:36:05 --> 01:36:13 [SPEAKER_05]: winter soldier and had shield always in the background of it in some way with Nick Fury and so on.
01:36:13 --> 01:36:24 [SPEAKER_05]: So almost working like TV shows just over a longer period of time, but ultimately getting in maybe nine up to nine hours worth of content.
01:36:25 --> 01:36:27 [SPEAKER_05]: But I would agree, I think, um,
01:36:27 --> 01:36:35 [SPEAKER_05]: You know, it really fits with the TV format, it ultimately, yeah, absolutely.
01:36:35 --> 01:36:39 [SPEAKER_04]: With a more standard to follow, message saying, I wanted to think of substance.
01:36:39 --> 01:36:53 [SPEAKER_04]: I have not seen any spoilers as far as I know, but it's hard to check the feeling that giving this is all Tony Stack related tech in the vision and jacaster that Dr. Doom will finally appear as the anonist behind the great white vision hunt.
01:36:54 --> 01:36:57 [SPEAKER_04]: Ooh, interesting theory on who the client could possibly be.
01:36:58 --> 01:37:16 [SPEAKER_04]: I would say lower the expectations that we would see rubber dining junior as a cameo on the TV show and the cameo that we've got here tying it back to the first Iron Man with with Raza is really interesting in this episode, but I'd say we're probably not going to see a Dr. Doom cameo in the TV show.
01:37:17 --> 01:37:21 [SPEAKER_05]: If you also, if it did, I'm not entirely sure now, I guess.
01:37:24 --> 01:37:31 [SPEAKER_05]: Phenius Horton, and that kind of the original kind of vision, I guess.
01:37:32 --> 01:37:33 [SPEAKER_05]: Sonny would react to him.
01:37:33 --> 01:37:37 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, with that painting, it feels like there's something connected there.
01:37:38 --> 01:37:41 [SPEAKER_05]: But at the same time, I really liked the notion.
01:37:41 --> 01:37:45 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, we had Tony Stark called out here.
01:37:46 --> 01:37:52 [SPEAKER_05]: We have the fact that it is coming through a lot of that text, so it would be very, very awesome.
01:37:55 --> 01:37:57 [SPEAKER_05]: It might not pan out like that, I guess.
01:37:57 --> 01:38:05 [SPEAKER_04]: It might be something like instead of someone's eyes going red, when to cast their controls, then right at the end of the series, someone's eyes go to green because doom is controlling them.
01:38:05 --> 01:38:12 [SPEAKER_04]: Maybe something like that might be an interesting touch, but I just don't think we're gonna see, or DJ on TV.
01:38:12 --> 01:38:16 [SPEAKER_04]: He did it once, I'm out of him up here and went back to prison that year.
01:38:16 --> 01:38:17 [SPEAKER_02]: Oh God, I forgot about that.
01:38:17 --> 01:38:18 [SPEAKER_04]: I forgot about that.
01:38:18 --> 01:38:20 [SPEAKER_04]: After a couple of weeks of TV schedule, so.
01:38:21 --> 01:38:23 [SPEAKER_05]: That was the single female lawyer.
01:38:24 --> 01:38:25 [SPEAKER_04]: It was a single female, though.
01:38:25 --> 01:38:27 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, reference to the future.
01:38:27 --> 01:38:31 [SPEAKER_05]: Anyway, yeah, I never really watched Alley Macbeal last night.
01:38:32 --> 01:38:34 [SPEAKER_07]: Probably not even one drop of danger, he was on the game.
01:38:34 --> 01:38:38 [SPEAKER_04]: Anyway, long time ago, I'm a terrible AI baby in that show as well.
01:38:39 --> 01:38:40 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm a CGI baby in that show.
01:38:42 --> 01:38:44 [SPEAKER_04]: But thanks so much for your feedback with him.
01:38:44 --> 01:38:45 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm glad that we're keeping you awake.
01:38:45 --> 01:38:46 [SPEAKER_05]: Absolutely.
01:38:46 --> 01:38:48 [SPEAKER_05]: Good stuff, uh, putting you asleep.
01:38:48 --> 01:38:49 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
01:38:49 --> 01:38:49 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
01:38:49 --> 01:38:50 [SPEAKER_05]: Thanks William.
01:38:51 --> 01:38:51 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
01:38:51 --> 01:38:52 [SPEAKER_05]: Thank you William.
01:38:52 --> 01:38:58 [SPEAKER_05]: On email from Coffee and vodka, he says, greetings fellow free defenders.
01:38:58 --> 01:39:02 [SPEAKER_05]: I just played like a one two hour episode entitled Spring Time for all Trump.
01:39:03 --> 01:39:05 [SPEAKER_05]: I'm bundling them into one message.
01:39:06 --> 01:39:24 [SPEAKER_05]: Just to get my one minor complaint out of the way before praising the rest of the elements like a fanboy on Mescalin, how is it that Ultron after taking total control of the mind palace and imprisoning AI heroes did not already have access to the fire wall on off switch.
01:39:25 --> 01:39:30 [SPEAKER_05]: Beyond this pure perfection from Vision and Tommy's Adventure to the former and
01:39:31 --> 01:39:33 [SPEAKER_05]: Paladin's verbal exchanges.
01:39:33 --> 01:39:44 [SPEAKER_05]: To be honest, this was the first time I felt Paladin had any real presence in the series, but the absolute co-stars of the episodes were all drawn and jacoster.
01:39:44 --> 01:39:49 [SPEAKER_05]: Both similar in their assessments of humanity differing only in their treatment of it.
01:39:50 --> 01:39:54 [SPEAKER_05]: Quick question time, which would you prefer annihilation?
01:39:54 --> 01:39:55 [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, reprogramming.
01:39:56 --> 01:39:57 [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, the choices.
01:39:57 --> 01:39:58 [SPEAKER_05]: Coffee and vodka.
01:39:58 --> 01:39:59 [SPEAKER_05]: No, the choices.
01:40:00 --> 01:40:02 [SPEAKER_05]: I guess we'll see what Google has to, oh, site now.
01:40:03 --> 01:40:04 [SPEAKER_05]: I guess we'll see what meta does.
01:40:06 --> 01:40:07 [SPEAKER_04]: Absolutely.
01:40:07 --> 01:40:09 [SPEAKER_04]: We'll be annihilation or whatever else.
01:40:09 --> 01:40:11 [SPEAKER_05]: We'll see what the midterms bring us.
01:40:12 --> 01:40:13 [SPEAKER_05]: But.
01:40:14 --> 01:40:14 [SPEAKER_03]: But.
01:40:15 --> 01:40:16 [SPEAKER_03]: And for me.
01:40:16 --> 01:40:19 [SPEAKER_03]: I guess I'll ever get reprogrammed.
01:40:19 --> 01:40:19 [SPEAKER_04]: That's grand.
01:40:20 --> 01:40:20 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
01:40:21 --> 01:40:21 [SPEAKER_04]: Death.
01:40:21 --> 01:40:21 [SPEAKER_04]: Why not?
01:40:24 --> 01:40:25 [SPEAKER_02]: The place news news.
01:40:26 --> 01:40:28 [SPEAKER_02]: I forgot not being annihilation.
01:40:30 --> 01:40:34 [SPEAKER_05]: That place news news is an annihilation.
01:40:34 --> 01:40:35 [SPEAKER_05]: Coffee and vodka continues?
01:40:35 --> 01:40:36 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
01:40:36 --> 01:40:38 [SPEAKER_05]: I thought we were all answering that.
01:40:38 --> 01:40:41 [SPEAKER_05]: Would you prefer to be programmed or annihilated?
01:40:41 --> 01:40:41 [SPEAKER_05]: Chris?
01:40:42 --> 01:40:42 [SPEAKER_05]: Programs?
01:40:43 --> 01:40:44 [SPEAKER_05]: We programmed or annihilated.
01:40:44 --> 01:40:50 [SPEAKER_02]: I would be annihilated because much like the ship of DCS, I would not be me if I was reproach.
01:40:51 --> 01:40:52 [SPEAKER_04]: There you go.
01:40:53 --> 01:40:54 [SPEAKER_04]: There you go.
01:40:54 --> 01:40:56 [SPEAKER_04]: I think either is a terrible option.
01:40:57 --> 01:40:59 [SPEAKER_04]: Both are at the same end point.
01:41:00 --> 01:41:00 [SPEAKER_04]: Excellent.
01:41:00 --> 01:41:04 [SPEAKER_04]: Maybe I could be reprogrammed back if I was reprogrammed.
01:41:04 --> 01:41:09 [SPEAKER_04]: So maybe I'm still alive for the heroes to save me in the future if I've been reprogrammed.
01:41:09 --> 01:41:12 [SPEAKER_04]: Like Lisa got reprogrammed and then got saved.
01:41:14 --> 01:41:15 [SPEAKER_04]: There you go.
01:41:15 --> 01:41:17 [SPEAKER_04]: Maybe reprogramming is the option rather than an eyelash.
01:41:17 --> 01:41:17 [SPEAKER_04]: There you go.
01:41:18 --> 01:41:23 [SPEAKER_05]: In the words of coffee and vodka, but I digress and and so do we.
01:41:23 --> 01:41:26 [SPEAKER_05]: And coffee and vodka continues.
01:41:26 --> 01:41:31 [SPEAKER_05]: They're quick time, romance, a licorice, just like dance of both mind and heart.
01:41:31 --> 01:41:34 [SPEAKER_05]: One in the end, with a fine vintage whiskey.
01:41:35 --> 01:41:41 [SPEAKER_05]: As for the cherry on top, don't think it gets any better than Edith and AI Morgan's heart to heart.
01:41:42 --> 01:41:44 [SPEAKER_05]: And let this be a lesson to as all.
01:41:44 --> 01:41:45 [SPEAKER_05]: Respect your AI.
01:41:46 --> 01:41:49 [SPEAKER_05]: Lest it leave you as high and dry as the planets.
01:41:50 --> 01:41:53 [SPEAKER_05]: Five all right or right or right.
01:41:55 --> 01:41:58 [SPEAKER_05]: And you finally get to do your M.I.T.Bakama impression too much.
01:41:58 --> 01:42:07 [SPEAKER_05]: Five or right, or right, or right, or right, under cover Fridays and tail gonna eat it as a five.
01:42:08 --> 01:42:09 [SPEAKER_05]: Peace and take care.
01:42:09 --> 01:42:10 [SPEAKER_05]: Coffee and vodka.
01:42:11 --> 01:42:14 [SPEAKER_05]: Thank you so much coffee vodka a great feedback as always.
01:42:15 --> 01:42:19 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, I love the whiskey elements To this yeah, or to these episodes.
01:42:19 --> 01:42:36 [SPEAKER_05]: Dairy says just like one extended whiskey watch without knowing what the hell the whiskey They were trying to watch Yeah, it's exactly it's like someone has listened to our podcast and gun these guys like watching whiskey We'll do a whole story about it Just you were talking about the green arrow before
01:42:37 --> 01:42:45 [SPEAKER_05]: Even in good superhero TV, like this, you can pepper it with tails of alcohol.
01:42:45 --> 01:42:49 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes of course, like in an arrow, yeah, just not necessary.
01:42:50 --> 01:42:50 [SPEAKER_04]: Alcoholism.
01:42:51 --> 01:42:54 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, it doesn't have to be the story of the week most weeks.
01:42:56 --> 01:42:56 [SPEAKER_04]: Good stuff.
01:42:56 --> 01:42:58 [SPEAKER_04]: Thanks so much, Kaffeevak.
01:42:58 --> 01:43:04 [SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure there's a way of reading AI Morgan as Diane Morgan, who played the character of the handler.
01:43:06 --> 01:43:07 [SPEAKER_04]: Ahhhh.
01:43:07 --> 01:43:07 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
01:43:07 --> 01:43:11 [SPEAKER_04]: But I don't know exactly how to read it right, but that's, I'm sure that's what you're getting at.
01:43:11 --> 01:43:13 [SPEAKER_04]: A coffee bucket with AI Morgan as Diane Morgan.
01:43:14 --> 01:43:14 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
01:43:14 --> 01:43:15 [SPEAKER_04]: But very good one.
01:43:15 --> 01:43:16 [SPEAKER_04]: Coffee bucket.
01:43:16 --> 01:43:17 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
01:43:17 --> 01:43:17 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
01:43:18 --> 01:43:18 [SPEAKER_02]: Thanks, coffee bucket.
01:43:19 --> 01:43:24 [SPEAKER_02]: And over on Spotify, Cali Mark had this to say, love the humor in these episodes, too.
01:43:25 --> 01:43:28 [SPEAKER_02]: I was cracking up, I could hear James Spader talk all day.
01:43:29 --> 01:43:31 [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, Calia mac, yes, we all could.
01:43:31 --> 01:43:34 [SPEAKER_02]: James Bader, dulce tones, be damned.
01:43:34 --> 01:43:36 [SPEAKER_02]: He is the best of us all.
01:43:36 --> 01:43:38 [SPEAKER_04]: He is the dulceist, but then the dead end.
01:43:38 --> 01:43:39 [SPEAKER_05]: The dulceist of us all.
01:43:39 --> 01:43:42 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, the dulce canlucky of tones.
01:43:43 --> 01:43:43 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
01:43:43 --> 01:43:46 [SPEAKER_04]: I was sure a jam was about to say, the adultiest.
01:43:46 --> 01:43:47 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
01:43:47 --> 01:43:49 [SPEAKER_05]: Well, with Jacosta, yes.
01:43:49 --> 01:43:51 [SPEAKER_05]: The most adultiest of AI's.
01:43:53 --> 01:43:55 [SPEAKER_02]: Thank you, Calia Mac.
01:43:55 --> 01:44:03 [SPEAKER_02]: Over on Facebook, we had some feedback from Heather Wallace who had this to say, two solid episodes, but I'm confused.
01:44:04 --> 01:44:10 [SPEAKER_02]: Is it just the client or is there someone else who built her synth body and is also after vision?
01:44:10 --> 01:44:19 [SPEAKER_02]: As Ultron was asking who built her body, the lights started flashing and the next time you see him and just costed their looking at her nanobot.
01:44:20 --> 01:44:24 [SPEAKER_02]: I loved that vision and Paladin went from fighting each other to putting up.
01:44:25 --> 01:44:25 [SPEAKER_02]: Let's face it.
01:44:26 --> 01:44:28 [SPEAKER_02]: They both need a real world friend.
01:44:29 --> 01:44:32 [SPEAKER_02]: having Diane Morgan, as an AI, was a great twist.
01:44:32 --> 01:44:35 [SPEAKER_02]: I hope she comes back to help the vision crew.
01:44:36 --> 01:44:46 [SPEAKER_02]: I know Jakos' comic book origins are different, where she's built by Ultron to be his lover, but having her be the mother of the AI code is a better tie into her name.
01:44:47 --> 01:44:48 [SPEAKER_02]: Jakos is the queen of
01:44:48 --> 01:44:59 [SPEAKER_02]: that inadvertently marries her son, Idapus who was abandoned as a baby to thwart the prophecy of him killing his father and marrying his mother.
01:45:00 --> 01:45:03 [SPEAKER_02]: The music choices underpin the plot again.
01:45:04 --> 01:45:12 [SPEAKER_02]: The jazz music in episode 5 on the grammar phone is Mr. Lucky and the piece from Carmen in episode 6 is Love Is The Rebellious Bird.
01:45:13 --> 01:45:17 [SPEAKER_02]: Dr. Joe Carrington, too, has her death in 2008.
01:45:17 --> 01:45:30 [SPEAKER_02]: The very year Ironman came out and said him as the start of the MCU, does that date aligned with the year in universe to Tony by the AI code and develop Jarvis very quickly?
01:45:31 --> 01:45:37 [SPEAKER_02]: It seemed like Jarvis had been around for a while in Ironman, but maybe the filmier isn't set in that year.
01:45:38 --> 01:45:39 [SPEAKER_04]: Hmm, interesting.
01:45:39 --> 01:45:43 [SPEAKER_04]: I thought Tony Stark develops Jarvis after he returned from the cave.
01:45:43 --> 01:45:51 [SPEAKER_04]: Did he have Jarvis before he left for, because it's a lot of the movie started when he was out in, um, in the field with the army.
01:45:51 --> 01:45:52 [SPEAKER_02]: Digit, yes.
01:45:53 --> 01:46:06 [SPEAKER_04]: I'd have to go back and watch it, but yeah, it's so what they're saying here is that they sold the code in 2008, so it could have been early into there's an AC developed by AI, but he could have developed the AI further after he got back from developing his first Iron Man suit.
01:46:07 --> 01:46:12 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, because it's a pro-to-one or something like that, isn't it?
01:46:12 --> 01:46:12 [SPEAKER_05]: I think.
01:46:12 --> 01:46:13 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
01:46:13 --> 01:46:16 [SPEAKER_05]: And when that we see in this,
01:46:17 --> 01:46:19 [SPEAKER_05]: in episode six.
01:46:20 --> 01:46:26 [SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, I think it may be there's just it's developed further for sure using that as the basis.
01:46:26 --> 01:46:32 [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, what he doesn't have access to is the nano bot, which has been locked behind all the bio keys.
01:46:32 --> 01:46:33 [SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
01:46:34 --> 01:46:38 [SPEAKER_05]: But I think great to get the explanation around
01:46:40 --> 01:46:51 [SPEAKER_05]: either piss and that aspect with Jacosta, I think is really good, Heather, as Derek kind of went through it there on the podcast.
01:46:52 --> 01:46:57 [SPEAKER_05]: In terms of that confusion who built the synth body, I think that is
01:46:58 --> 01:47:10 [SPEAKER_05]: the part of the mystery here, it's the part where she is kind of saying to Ultron, you know, that she just has this missing anger and love that she can't place.
01:47:11 --> 01:47:36 [SPEAKER_05]: And I think that's part of the central mystery around, yes, who, who built her and there's something within her memories, even though the so detailed that she's unable to place some kind of notion or feeling that she has latent in that scan of her brain or through her creation
01:47:41 --> 01:47:43 [SPEAKER_04]: Fantastic, thanks Heather for your feedback.
01:47:43 --> 01:47:52 [SPEAKER_04]: When we want to the final piece of feedback from Denise DiFlorio Lardi, who says, just a falter too, but I'm going to have to go in for a rewatch there is just so much to each of these episodes.
01:47:52 --> 01:47:55 [SPEAKER_04]: These amazing characters spring to life fully formed and then grow from there.
01:47:56 --> 01:47:58 [SPEAKER_04]: Paladin and Vision work together in the trenches.
01:47:58 --> 01:48:03 [SPEAKER_04]: This dance between Ultron and Jakosta repartei to philosophy to you.
01:48:03 --> 01:48:04 [SPEAKER_04]: Now I have to go watch my eyeballs.
01:48:06 --> 01:48:15 [SPEAKER_04]: And either who is five retro video game avatars, either five by herself, wondering how they can finish in only two more episodes of the show.
01:48:15 --> 01:48:21 [SPEAKER_04]: Ooh, you know, the cool part about it is the episodes are just about an hour long each.
01:48:21 --> 01:48:25 [SPEAKER_04]: For the last two episodes, maybe an hour and five I think is the two episodes.
01:48:25 --> 01:48:27 [SPEAKER_04]: So when you take it the credits, it's an hour.
01:48:28 --> 01:48:38 [SPEAKER_04]: What a cool way to close at the series because there's definitely lots more to explore and discuss about the creation of all these characters where they all came from Who's the father of who?
01:48:39 --> 01:48:41 [SPEAKER_04]: Will that actually become a real father?
01:48:42 --> 01:48:48 [SPEAKER_04]: Who's the client who's the creator of Jakasta who transferred Joe into the body of Jakasta?
01:48:48 --> 01:48:52 [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, will all Tradon and Jakasta get their wish and destroy the world before doom comes along
01:48:53 --> 01:49:03 [SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, can you imagine that if you're a zoom guest, there's like a zoom, yeah, it's fate to black and it turns out this was a separate universe all along fade to green.
01:49:03 --> 01:49:03 [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
01:49:04 --> 01:49:04 [SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah.
01:49:05 --> 01:49:06 [SPEAKER_04]: Great stuff.
01:49:06 --> 01:49:07 [SPEAKER_04]: Thanks so much to these free feedback.
01:49:08 --> 01:49:09 [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, thank you, Denise.
01:49:09 --> 01:49:22 [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, thanks, Denise, and thank you everyone for all your feedback on these two episodes of Vision Quest, which I think we're all rather enjoying quite nice, which is great.
01:49:22 --> 01:49:28 [SPEAKER_05]: And remember fellow defenders to review the podcast on the podcast.
01:49:28 --> 01:49:37 [SPEAKER_05]: catch out of your choice and of course remember to share the podcast because sharing the podcast is of course sharing the series of all right.
01:49:37 --> 01:49:40 [SPEAKER_05]: Can I ask you a little bit?
01:49:40 --> 01:49:42 [SPEAKER_05]: Can I ask you a little bit?
01:49:42 --> 01:49:43 [SPEAKER_05]: Can I ask you a little bit?
01:49:43 --> 01:49:44 [SPEAKER_04]: Can I ask you a little bit?
01:49:45 --> 01:49:50 [SPEAKER_04]: Can I make it a plea for somebody to do a review for us and Apple podcasts to puzzle?
01:49:51 --> 01:49:53 [SPEAKER_04]: Because we don't ask for it very often.
01:49:53 --> 01:49:56 [SPEAKER_04]: And we've had 99 reviews.
01:49:56 --> 01:49:57 [SPEAKER_04]: This is across all of the reviews.
01:49:57 --> 01:49:59 [SPEAKER_04]: We've been on Ask for a reviews very often.
01:49:59 --> 01:50:01 [SPEAKER_04]: We've had 99 reviews for about a year and a half.
01:50:01 --> 01:50:02 [SPEAKER_04]: And it hasn't moved.
01:50:02 --> 01:50:06 [SPEAKER_04]: I'd love us to just get to a 100 net that we're at a thousand podcast episodes.
01:50:06 --> 01:50:09 [SPEAKER_04]: I'd love to first get to a 100 or more reviews.
01:50:09 --> 01:50:12 [SPEAKER_04]: We'd nice just break that barrier of 100 reviews.
01:50:12 --> 01:50:21 [SPEAKER_04]: So if somebody, anybody, has the time to pop onto their Apple Podcasts app, go in, give us a review if you haven't reviews for, it'd be nice to see the number tick over.
01:50:21 --> 01:50:23 [SPEAKER_04]: especially if it's a five-star review we'd love that to.
01:50:24 --> 01:50:26 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you can do it.

01:52:15 --> 01:52:18 [SPEAKER_05]: I changed it.
01:52:19 --> 01:52:20 [SPEAKER_05]: No.
01:52:21 --> 01:52:21 [SPEAKER_05]: It's division credit.

01:52:52 --> 01:53:04 [SPEAKER_05]: I know it's a terrible joke, but my blood is pretty funny, but there are interruptions when 10 ring soldiers led by Razer al-Wazart.
01:53:06 --> 01:53:34 [SPEAKER_05]: No, that's right, it is, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's
01:53:34 --> 01:53:37 [SPEAKER_04]: You're okay, go on to the next, tell me in this.
01:53:37 --> 01:53:38 [SPEAKER_04]: I don't think you've read it.
01:53:38 --> 01:53:38 [SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
01:53:42 --> 01:53:43 [SPEAKER_03]: Errobox kissing.
01:53:45 --> 01:53:50 [SPEAKER_04]: Well, when it means the end of the world, I might be saying er, or oh god.
01:53:55 --> 01:53:57 [SPEAKER_05]: The nanopots don't like, do.
01:53:59 --> 01:54:00 [SPEAKER_05]: Chris isn't going to engage.
01:54:02 --> 01:54:04 [SPEAKER_02]: No, because you want to get to the actual good stuff.
01:54:05 --> 01:54:08 [SPEAKER_02]: But is the good stuff a bit of like robot or robot actually?
01:54:08 --> 01:54:10 [SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
01:54:10 --> 01:54:10 [SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
01:54:10 --> 01:54:11 [SPEAKER_07]: I don't know about action.
01:54:11 --> 01:54:12 [SPEAKER_07]: That's okay.
01:54:12 --> 01:54:14 [SPEAKER_05]: It's like, it's like Futurama.
01:54:14 --> 01:54:20 [SPEAKER_05]: Bender getting his... Yeah, absolutely.
01:54:20 --> 01:54:23 [SPEAKER_05]: And the bit I liked about this certainly most.
01:54:23 --> 01:54:27 [SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I loved the fighting and the action song, but it was kind of the...
01:54:30 --> 01:54:52 [SPEAKER_05]: I don't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**k, I didn't see our f**
01:54:57 --> 01:55:01 [SPEAKER_04]: So, but I'd say we're probably not going to see a Dr. Doom cameo in the TV show.
01:55:01 --> 01:55:05 [SPEAKER_05]: If you also, if it did, I'm not entirely sure now.
01:55:05 --> 01:55:11 [SPEAKER_05]: I guess, yeah, the Phillyus Houghton seems... Is it Phillyus?
01:55:11 --> 01:55:14 [SPEAKER_04]: That's Phillyus Farge from Phillyus.
01:55:14 --> 01:55:15 [SPEAKER_04]: Phillyus?
01:55:15 --> 01:55:15 [SPEAKER_05]: Phillyus?
01:55:15 --> 01:55:16 [SPEAKER_05]: Okay, click.
01:55:17 --> 01:55:21 [SPEAKER_04]: No, it was just from the, it was from Richard Skag, but we got that.
01:55:25 --> 01:55:34 [SPEAKER_05]: I mean, it does feel like thinny is holding it might not pan out like that, I guess.
01:55:34 --> 01:55:39 [SPEAKER_04]: It might be something like, you know, instead of somebody's eyes turning green when Jakast is controlling them.
01:55:39 --> 01:55:41 [SPEAKER_04]: Someone's eyes go green.
01:55:42 --> 01:55:48 [SPEAKER_04]: It might be something like instead of someone's eyes going red when Jakast can chose them.
01:55:51 --> 01:55:52 [SPEAKER_04]: Looks like he took Thomas.
01:55:54 --> 01:55:56 [SPEAKER_04]: for a pint.
