Penny Dreadful City of Angels Episode 5 Summary
Mateo Vega grapples with the aftermath of the murder of Officer Reilly but Rio puts him at ease. Josefina Vega confides in Sister Molly, who's shocked to discover Josefina is Tiago's sister. Tiago and Lewis's investigation takes them from the Sonoratown slums to the Vega House. Doctor Peter Craft receives an alarming phone call from Elsa asking for help to bury her murdered husband. Dottie Minter warns rocket scientist Brian Koenig to keep clear of the Nazi’s as Kurt watches on. Alex lectures Councilman Townsend about his own connection to Kurt. As Tiago discovers and confronts his brother for the murder, Mateo is unrepentant but Tiago sets him free as Lewis captures another member of the pachuco gang.
