We interview actor Andrew Sellon about his role as Mr. Penn on Gotham Season 4 and 5

Andrew Sellon joined Gotham in Season 4 as Oswald Cobblepot's fussy accountant Mr. Arthur Penn. He talks to us about his time working on the show and lots of behind the scenes insights. Here's a few of the bits we discussed
